This is My Spit. Been going here for a decade. Love my Girl Kendall. She worked hard and made Manager. She runs a tight ship and All of the employees are super sweet!!

I usually go when I put my orders online. Most of the time, my order is ready when I get there. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I never usually complain about anything, but I literally received a burnt blueberry muffin. I cant even open it, it is hard as a rock. Why would anyone sell this to someone? It is inedible.

I love this Starbucks I always come here. I always avoid going in the mornings because the lady that’s usually there is so rude and it always seems like she’s in a bad mood. She needs to treat customers better.

They don’t have anything that says “ not taking orders inside only drive thru” and make me wait inside for nothing now I have to wait in the drive thru for over an hour

I love 💕 this place. Staff is so awesome. They know their customers. Orders always right. I love the Strawberry Acai with mango dragon fruit 🤗 its clean. Real positive vibes here 😎

Waited over an hour in the drive thru. I don’t know if they were making the drinks after people were paying but I will never come to this Starbucks ever again. The lobby wasn’t full either to say that was a reason they took long.Got in line at 8:17pm and didn’t get to the window to pay till 9:22pm and left at 9:30pm.If you don’t mind waiting that long, go right ahead and wait. If you do mind, you are better off going to the one in front of the Azalea Plaza or the one on Imperial & Paramount (they hardly ever take an hour in drive thru).

Waiting time was horrible. My coffee tasted more like creamer than coffee.

Slowest Start bucks EVER!!! Order was corrected but the wait was to long, they need to speed it up.

For any one that like coffee, this location is very convenient. There are restaurants around it. You can buy your coffee and buy food at any of the restaurants in the same location.

Went in for coffee came out to find a kitten under my car. Lol they always packed.

This is not the first time Ive been disappointed about this location. This drink does not look or even taste like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew! I dont think Ill be coming back at this location again. Not worth it!

Decided to use the drive thru and the wait was 40 min. I have never waited so long for a drink. I think its this particular store. Not coming back to this one. Sorry, not sorry

I’m giving two stars just because the girl was polite but my sandwich the bread was hard as a rock and my bacon and egg was cold. My wife sandwich bread was even harder and the sandwich was cold never coming here as long.

This is the worst Starbucks to place a mobile order with. Doesn’t matter if you place it 15 min ahead of time. You get there and will still wait an additional 15. The other Starbucks on Martin Luther king are faster.

Came to get my iced white mocha in the morning and the drive through went pretty quick.I didn’t catch the name of the employee taking my order but she had great customer service!! Really great way to start your day with good service and a smile!👍

The wait was extremely long for my mobile order. Which would be fine if the app hadnt said it would be a 6 min wait. It was a 35 min wait, if I had know I would have ordered through the drive-thru. The only reason Im posting a review is because I took a sip and found a piece of plastic in my drink!🤮 I wish I could say this was the first time this happen at this location but its not!!

Ordered a blended Strawberry Lemonade. LOVED IT! its always hard to find a right startbucks that does my favorite drink the way I like it. So far one on long beach blvd and 6th st in long beach and this one. Will return! The cashier was so friendly and polite, manager smiled at me and the Barista I didnt meet but by the way my drink was prepared. I already love her to pieces.

This place is awful!! Waited 40min in drive thru line and an extra 20min at the window so they can just open the window to let us know in a couple of minutes we will have our order. Unbelievable a little bit more than an hour. Save your time from this place BAD SERVICE!!

Waited 40+ minutes in the drive thru for 1 drink and a gift card. Took too long to even place the order... but when placed, it was quick to receive my order and associate was friendly. Must be crazy to have waited so long!!

Their coffee is kind of weak the turbo shots over ice does not taste very strong

My experience was horrible coming to this Starbucks. The line was barely moving and it took 1 HOUR!!!!! To finally get my drink. Even the car behind me was also getting very impatient because they started honking cause of how slow they were doing the orders. It shouldnt take that long for drinks. I always come here because I decided to give it another chance but they always disappoint. Not coming here ever again

This is one of the ones we like to go to...But, its temperamental sometimes it could be a coll line 10 to 15 min wait & sometimes... explosive to the point that I just go to another one in the area...cutomer service is always keen...so I return often...

When it was my turn to order my drink the cashier had a bad attitude and I felt disrespected & so unprofessional of her. she made me repeat what I said by how mad she was 😡👊

We waited 23 mins for our wrong beverages. (I ordered 2 hot mochas) Then waited another 20 mins for our subpar mochas didnt have whip cream (I order with whip cream). Our mochas taste like burn coffee and theres no taste of mocha. Soo annoying, they definitely do not care about their customers. The cashier guy was not personable, and did not have good costumer service!! Very annoyed 😡

This place may be small in comparison to other stores, but what it lacks in square feet it makes up for in quality service from the dedicated staff, and dedication from its quality customers. This place may not have tables but it still makes you feel welcomed. Come have a refresher or something from the hot bar with a delicious pastry. I know i will.

Ive been to a million Starbucks locations but this is the first one that really stood out to me, starting with the cashier who made simple friendly conversation. You never know who needs a simple smile and a few words to change the course of their day. You are good vibes so thank you! Also the barista watched me walk away w out a straw and she offered me one. Not often do I notice attentive service so thank you. Then another starbucks employee walked up to me and introduced herself and asked if I needed anything else. 1 in a million. Thank you for your kind, friendly, and attentive service. You girls definitely deserved recognition. Keep up the awesome vibes!

Great customer service

I got upset the cashier gave me attitude when I wanted to lower my mask so there wont be a confusion of an order because last time I say cappuccino coffee they gave me cold so I said hot cappuccino coffee. And the cashier lashed out on me. The cashier said we can stand together with my brother if we make the order together. Then barista said we cant stand together. I understand the covid-19 situation but they dont have to be rude. I wont come over here again bad experience.

I want to give the person who just made my drink a 5 stars. He came right in from his break and made my drink. I personally feel the person who took my order should have made it. Especially after I watched her make the customers order came in atleast 7 minutes after me. I have worked in Customer Service for years and the number one rule is Fast Friendly Service Period. I will not be returning to this location.

They where without some ingredients.

Did a mobile order at 315pm. Stated drink will be ready in 3-5 mins I left at 340pm. They were not understaffed. They had 5 employees in the front. The decided to make the mobile order wait. I said that’s the whole point of mobile orders so they can be done by the time we get there. When their whole slogan is to “SKIP THE LINE” mobile order. Mnger is Gorgy person attending was Karina. Poor experience. Can’t believe I waited that long. Go to any other Starbucks.

Lately the lines are too long they take their time. You pull up and they are talking to each other laughing. The other day they were taking one car at a time. That was last Friday around 11am. Can you guys fix this so I can give you guys a 5 star

Great place, friendly people. I been coming here since 2003, and no complaints. Everyone here is always to see me come, and know me by name. These people work hard, and are always busy. I admire them all.

I love Starbucks, but the people that work here dont care about customers.. I was standing there for 3 minutes until someone asked me if I was being helped. I told her that I was picking up an online order (that I made 15 min before) and it wasnt ready, so I had to wait another 5 min for my drink. It wasnt busy I was the only customer there and there were 4 employees just chatting.. I still dont get whats the point doing an online order if theyre gonna make you wait like a regular customers...

Horrible experience all 3 times I came here. The worst experience was this morning with an older lady taking the order. She made fun of my order which was exceptionally rude and not how a Starbucks employee should behave.I waited 20 minutes for my order and if I would not have said anything it wouldve probably taken longer. 3 people that ordered after me received their drinks before I did and that is unacceptable. This place has rude employees and they dont care how they handle your order.

WAITED 4 30 minutes.once I got to the ordering station theres a sign that reads We Close at 9PM thats really sad, 10 cars front and back of me. they should send someone outside 2 notify customers, or put a cone on the drive thru. My family of 6 didnt get drinks that night.. tried calling but no answer. 😫

I like getting my drinks at this location because its on my way to work. But some days like yesterday make me wish I found another location. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line with only 4 cars ahead of me?

I am very disappointed with my experience as of lately. I always stop by this Starbucks because it’s on my way to work and I was happy with the service. However, as of lately they take forever to help you. For instance, it took 20 mins for me to get my coffee through the drive through, and there was only 3 cars ahead of me. I arrived there at 2:10 and I didn’t leave from there until 2:30. I thought the drive through was to get service quick, but apparently I am wrong.Furthermore, the employee didn’t ask if I could wait. She just told me, “I’ll be with you in a minute” and she left me waiting for a long while. Because of this, I was late to work. They need to find a better technique on how to move the drive through line quick, or find a person that will be good at it.

This place went so down. It says they open at 5am but now its when they feel like actually working.

I love coming to this Starbucks. Its small and cozy so its rare when its full of people. The service is great and I love how they prepare my caramel macchiato... Perfect; I feel at home here.Update: seats are way too uncomfortable, now my third home is no longer here. I hope the furniture gets changed later.

This has to be the slowest in side service in a Starbucks ever, the drive thru was super fast but the inside....nope never again!! I waited almost 15 minutes for tea is rediculous. It wasnt crowded nor any complicated order that I saw of our heard of. They need to go see how its done over by Cerritos College, they have it down to a beautiful science.

This place takes way to long to make or even take your orders in the drive thru. Always seems like they are understaffed. At the same time there is never a lot of people inside to account for being busy.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. The employees were so friendly and personable. Ever since they did a makeover on this store, the service is SLOW, there are a bunch of new employees who are not very friendly AT ALL, the wait time for my drink takes forever, and there is less room. I would not recommend this Starbucks, we only continue to go here because its the closest to us.

Literally, the longest most slowest baristas this side of the Mississippi. It literally took 16 mins to get and ice coffee and iced tea. Jeez @Starbucks send a corporate regional team to show these Starbucks employees how to be more efficient.

Starbucks is ok when they are not busy but they are busy the mess up orders employees are rude and they take too lo g to serve, they should hired more people on their rush hour to see if service improves

The Starbucks app and Google maps both say that this location is open at 5 a.m. on Sunday but that is definitely not true
