Very friendly, I do my eyebrows with Resma 👍🏻. She does a great job. Love my eyebrows every time I get out of Beauty Zone. Highly recommend going there and asking for Resma.

I will never be coming back. I have been a loyal customer for about more than a year. There are much cheaper places around the area but at Beauty Zone they did an average job, that is until today. I went in on Tuesday to get my eyebrows done and there were only 2 available ladies that day: chair 1 and chair 9. I went to chair 9 and she started doing my eyebrows. Everything was going well. She showed me a finished eyebrow and it was okay. She then went on to the second eyebrow, trimmed and combed my eyebrows, and lastly applied the lotion. That usually means that she is done. Well, this lady kept going. I felt her threading above my eyebrow and she just continued. When she finished i realized she had made my eyebrows SIGNIFICANTLY thinner. Not only that but she also took a chunk of hair. It was noticeable that she was careless. I unfortunately did not realize this until i was in my car ready to leave. I was unsatisfied with the result and i went back and asked the lady in charge for a refund. She simply said that the lady in chair 9 had gone to the restroom and would be back soon. She, the lady in charge, went to sit with a friend and continued chatting for a good 5 minutes. If it wasnt for my boyfriend reminding her that we wanted a refund she probably would have continued ignoring us. She then gave us an annoyed face and made a rude remark and finally gave us the six dollars back. Little businesses like these need to remember customer service. I was not satisfied with the result and simply wanted a refund. There was no need for a rude remark. Your employee was careless and did not cater to my needs it is only reasonable for me to want my money back.

Good service & affordable, always easy to find a parking space and we are always seen to really quickly. There are plenty of staff & all of them work very hard. Also the shop is always clean and tidy.

Love the energy and the people. And love my eye brows.

I got them done today for the first tine after quarantine and i’m not sure if she was out of practice after this long break but my eyebrows were thin, uneven, and unsymmetrical.

I walked in this morning and it was the worst mistake I could have done. An older lady took care of my eyebrows and did a horrible job. I didnt feel like arguing so I simply walked away. Stay away. They have no idea what they are doing.

If you are going to get your eyebrows done go with Sumie she’s nice and know what to do!

Worst ever. Lady at chair #9 left my eyebrows uneven. One eyebrow was super thin. I literally felt like crying because I had grown out my eyebrows for a better shape & they messed them up. Never going back.

If i could i wouldnt even give them a rating i went there and did my eyebrow and lip i see no difference my eyebrows and lip are still as hairy and my skin is now irritated.

Very bad service. . Staff was not nice. No smile..or greeting. Didnt acknowledged comfortabilty.
