Great facility and verry clean friendly staff. Great customer service and great prices !

I have been using their services for 6+ years and never had any negative issues. Facilities are clean, well kept. Rates are reasonable. They also have wonderful security for the safety of our valuables. I highly recommend this facility.

Please fix your timers for the lights in the hallway units as well the lights themselves. I have been at this facility for 11+ years even before Nova took over and I have rarely been late on my rent. I am seriously considering searching other storage facilities to take my business. The only thing keeping me here is Ana and her polite and professional customer service skills!! She has always been super fast in fixing any issues I have had but the people that do the maintenance have not had enough experience lately it seems.

Staff is always friendly and helpful in regards to inquiries and questions and all your needs. Pretty top notch.

Prices are reasonable.During Covid or access hours have been reduced greatly, however our monthly fee didnt.However Ana the manager has been patiently waiting for my niece to finish, a few times some minutes after hours.

I absolutely love the security system they have in place here. Love how helpful and secure the staff makes you feel. The Staff is always on there Ps & Qs. Ana is the real MVP; she does an exemplar job not to mention shes very friendly but never crosses the line always sophisticated work ethic. Love the personnel here.

We had a storage unit here for a little over a year, I liked this storage because the units were really tall to stack things. Other than that, the halls are always clean never any trash or any clutter.

Gave great deals and good customer service. I would have given a 5 star but I was told two different things on renting the moving truck. A waste of time.
