The only good thing about this Uhaul location is that they have a large inventory. Ive had to come here a few times because my local branch did not have what I needed. This place is understaffed though. The line is usually long and moves slow. Expect to wait 30+ minutes even if you have a reservation.

I came in with an appointment for 11:00am so I arrived 20 minutes early. Despite this, I still waited another 40 minutes to event get a truck. When I was about to get my key the truck assigned to me was no longer available, so they gave me a car that was dirty and with 1/8 fuel. The car was practically empty. I had to fill up the car which cost me another $80!!! After leaving, because the car was not prepared on time, I had to return because the lock was still on the truck and was not removed. The hectic situations I understand, there can be some crazy days I get it, but what really upset me was that I had to fill up the tank of this car. I only used 1/4 of the gas, I submitted proof of this through the U-Haul website, and I still was not reimburse for it. Seems ridiculous to have to wait an extra 40 minutes, and fill up a rental car that costs an extra $80, and still get charged $1.39 per mile!!! This place is a rip off! I lost around $300 for a 1 day rental that was only used for 3 hrs while practically working for them. Unbelievable.

Don’t understand why the hell they just never pick up the phone. One of the worst U-haul I have ever seen.

They aim to get as much money out of you when possible. Customer service was bad and they took their time taking care of us at the helpdesk. Would not recommend and the level of professionalism is below par.

They were nice and courteous but did not deliver on their promise. Mayela Duron 865023 told me I had an appointment this morning to have a hitch installed. They were supposed to go pick up the parts yesterday from a different U-haul location. They didnt follow up with me and I am please to find out I never had an appointment, all I received is a quote, I waited 2 days for nothing and I have to start all over because they dont have the part and the current staff does not know what Im talking about at all and cant find anything in the computers.

DONT RENT A UHAUL IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING BECAUSE U WILL BE TAXED UP $20 more like multiplied by big numbers good luck peps diy to save yall the time n dinero

Charge large amounts of fees. Please use someone else who is fair. These people add lots of fees and huge late fees to take your storage away from you and auction it off. Avoid this one.

Worst costumer service . First of all. You have to do almost all the work to find the truck you ask for and make the inspection by yourself. Before they give you the key. And then you have to come back to say if the truck its good or no . and if its not good they send you to check another one while they just sitting waiting for your inspection. They dont even help you.

They overcharge you and never refund your money there scams at this location. Investigations should take place when they get so many reviews about them stealing money and the worst customer service....

Fat people at this location that are hungry for your money. They never returned my full refund after a month and now they want to give me half of the refund they charged me double on the charges. Never go to this uhaul its dirt just like all LA. Nothing but dirt and shady people.

This is the slowest u haul you can go to in LA. Even when I reserve online and pre-check inn, I still have to wait over an hour Every time to pay for the trailer. The employees are super slow and they are always understaffed. If you don’t want to spend all day here is suggest go to another place. Also when these people hook up the trailer the chain drags and connectors come loose. I end up having to re-do it myself. Get it together uhaul Lynwood!!

Staff here is great! It was busy when I arrived but I was out the door with the 10-footer in less than 15 minutes. Corner location and easy to drive in and out of. Currently there is road construction (July 2017) which can cause traffic getting to the location, but I cant fault them for that. Clean and professional. One of the best U-Haul locations Ive been to. Thanks.

We visit this place because we were interested in renting a trailer the trailer we were going to rent had problems with the signals they wouldnt turn on and the service man that was helping us was back and forth with us in between other customers that he was also helping so it took him about an hour before he realize theres nothing he can do to fix the trailer signals and said we couldnt rent the trailer after all in the end my battery went dead from us turning off and on the signals to my car I asked if they could help me they wouldnt help us with my battery we waited till we found someone that would help us charge the battery to my car I felt that U-Haul rental should have helped us it was their trailer lights that werent working the signal lights instead we waited 2 1/2 hours for someone to help us because U-Haul rentals refused to give us a hand having the facility of charging my they refused to give us any assistance as a single parent I wish they could have helped me and Im very disappointed how their customer service is very poor I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this place to one and their customer service is not very friendly or willing to help in any way

Only one person working at the front desk of a major uhaul place. Rental was scheduled for 8am. It is now 8:21am and Claudia has still not given me my 10’ Van. They claim the fan is not here but yet online it was clearly marked as available. Will never EVER go with Uhaul again. It’s a God Dam problem every time. Pathetic excuse for service. Pathetic.

I come here to get my propane tank filled, the staff always gives me great service, great attitude, the staff is why I keep coming back

They charge you and charge you and charge you. I gave yall 2 k and they still will steal 10 dollars from you for a lock you never seen.....i moving with uhaul has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

I rent trucks 4 times a year from this location. Buyer beware. I was 1/4 of a gallon below according to the employee. They charged me $37.00. I will never use this U-Haul company again

The service I received from UHAUL was professional and they were able to help me with any comments, questions or concerns. They were busy, but waiting didnt seem to take that long. They made the transaction from beginning to end very fesible.
