Very disappointed in my experience here. The young man “working” the store stood behind the counter while yelling across the store to literally everyone who walked in the door demanding that they wear a mask. He was just down right rude. I work a public service job and can appreciate the frustration of enforcing a mask mandate (this is the only game stop I’ve been to that has a mandate), however there is a right and wrong way of handling it. He definitely needs some further training as his customer service skills are severely lacking. I’ve been turned off by game stop lately for a variety of reasons - like if I buy a new game I would prefer to take the cellophane off of it myself, how do I know that it is truly new if you already opened it? And if it’s a game store, I expect there to be more games than kitschy pop culture merchandise - but this most recent encounter reminded me why online shopping has become a preferred method for so many people. If I am leaving the house and quite frankly spending more on an item it is because I am expecting a certain level of service which one will not receive here.

Don’t go if you want to trade in unopened stuff. guy told me i probably stole it and refused to take games with little to no damage, go to a different gamestop. not a way to run a business

Selling “gutted” games as new is a crime. Forced mask policy is also garbage. Will continue to buy my games from Amazon, screw this place.

Can I just say that this might be the best Gamestop around? Today I came in (9/8) and the girl behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was easy to find and sorted and even though they didnt have the console I wanted, I got a preorder done. Not too much pressure either. Plus she offered to order the console online. 5 stars

I went to pick up an online order and the cashier was very rude to me and my friends. He did offer something to protect my purchase which I appreciate, but seemed rude when I declined a membership.

I went on March 17th looking for an Xbox one S. Every single place was sold out. The Gamestop in Cuyahoga Falls personally searched their system and helped us find an Xbox in Macedonia. It was the last and only one in the area! We drove to Macedonia and fortunately we were the only ones interested. This employee also helped us buy games, a warranty, and controller with a charger. We were super happy with how helpful both employees of both stores were.

Wish us healthy people could shop here without being required by ..?????... To wear a mask

Very friendly staff, greeted me right away and helped me get a switch Ive been trying to find! I came close to their 8pm closing time and they still managed to accommodate me and get me everything I needed. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Ive never had a bad customer service experience at this gamestop. But my recent experience is what prompted me to write this review. One of my pre-owned games I ordered online at gamestop.com came without a case which sucks because I cant put it on my shelf. I took it to this gamestop to see if I could exchange it for one of the pre-owned copies with a case. The employee actually kept spare boxart covers and cases for just this situation. He gave me one free of charge. Great experience.

Stopped in last night for the first time in years and recognized the crew. I acknowledged them, and now publicly, about how impressed I was with the low turnover rate. This team seems to have a great relationship and it shows. Great customer service. Very professional. I’ll be back!

My significant other called this store to make sure they had a nintendo switch in stock, yes, okay we will be there soon, drove a half hour out here...they closed the registers early and did not let us purchase the console....needless to say i wont be back...ive read about GameStop going downhill, now I believe it.

Went in to ask a few questions about how I can play xbox on my pc. Guy behind the counter really didnt want to try and explain. I left, youtubed it and found that all I needed was a wireless controller. Went back to gamestop and looked at the availability, picked one on the plastic cards hanging on the wall to indicate what controller i wanted. Guy said they dont have that one available. I said no problem, will take the other color. They didnt have that one either. Ok, no problem i will take whatever you have and he finally tells me they dont have ANY controllers available. I asked why they have the cards on display as of they did and his response was that they get paid for having the cards on display. I went to Best buy which is in THE SAME PLAZA and got it for less than Gamestop. I was planning on buying some used games when i get back from a trip next month, guess i will just get them at ebay. Good luck staying in business, the store was completely empty on a Saturday.

Friendly and helpful staff, well stocked store with a great selection of new and used games. Used games are priced very fair. We found them to have lower prices than Target on the games we were shopping for.

Staff was really helpful and had the right knowledge needed for my purchase.

I enjoy getting my physical games here along with shirts and other accesories but as always customer service is a hit and miss. Sometimes they treat you amazingly and others you can tell in the air that they dont want you there

Stood outside on the 20th to try and get an NES Classic and when the store open ear told they didnt have any. Called today based on an article and was told they got them in yesterday.

I was only here once as this store was kinda far from me but the guy working (i forgot ur name sorry man :( ) was reallll awesome we talked about amiibo and smash and pokemon i was almost in the store for an hour just chatting to this kind man! only negative is i didnt stay longer to chat!

Asked the 2 girls working for the new pokemon moon game and i was told they dont sell gameboy games. Went next door to walmart and bought the game i wanted

Its a game stop they didnt have a product that was advertised in the entrance. Over charge for the same product which none of the workers could provide a difference on why. Ill stick to paying for my products else where.
