Had a $20 accessory to return. Was 2 weeks and a few hours from purchase. Was told ‘no way’ since 2 weeks limit is in contract. Was never told at purchase and who reads all the fine print. Besides spent couple thousand there. They have lost me, my family, co-workers, friends, union family and anyone else we can tell. When purchasing someone was complaining about fine print… should have listened.

The young lady was Excellent. Her customer service skill were beyond kindness. We are older n did not understand our new phone. By the time we left we were completely comfortable. Her name was Adele at Macedonia.

If you go to a T-Mobile corporate store (as I did in Macedonia, Ohio) to buy an iPhone be prepared for a shell game. I went through pricing with the sales representative and he added a 24 month equipment charge plus the installment purchase down payment less the trade in fee of the iPhone 8 he gave me the hard figure of $437 for an iPhone 12. Today I reviewed my T-Mobile statement and my bill increased by $16.83 for 30 months (or $504.90) plus the initial purchase down payment.The bottom line is that I believe that the T-Mobile sales process is complicated on purpose. Its definitely a shell game intended to confuse clients and get you to pay more money. Next time around Ill buy a phone directly from Apple. Im not sure how much it will cost but I bet the transaction will be more straight forward.

If I could rate it 0, I would. Don’t waste your time with T-Mobile. Even after you pay for a phone, the unlock process takes days, at best. It’s utter BS that when other carriers can process this instantly when the phone is paid, they are using pressure style tactics of you having to contact them to unlock the phone, in order for them to try and retain customers through these means..... it’s poor business practice, and creates ill feelings for those trying to leave due to their spotty coverage!

His customer service is amazing and he made me want to come back and spend more money! Appreciate his customer service, his multitasking and being just great all in all! My visit was great!

Never a one stop resolution. Someone always has to fix their mistakes with a call to the corporate call center. Sure they are great at selling you a device but when it comes to making sure it is done right the first time.... Unfortunately its not going to happen here.

Not helpful and unprofessional. I tried to return my phone because I didnt get a shipping label. I know this is possible, because another store was willing to do it, I just wasnt able to make changes to the account at the time. I came to this store to do the same thing, and the associate interrupted me in the middle of a sentence to talk to another customer that just walked in. Handled the other customers issue without even addressing me and then told me to call customer service to get help. Go to another location!

The salesmen at Verizon try to sell me everything under the sun I dont need and literally harass me if I dont buy. Alex sold me what I needed and explained everything. It was a good experience. My visit with Alexander was perfect, I went in and we got straight to work, I didnt have to wait or anything, he made the process as fast as he could, answered all of my questions and I walked out with the phone I asked for. I will officially be rooting for T-Mobile before any other phone company!:)

The service plans were priced right, the phones were great, but the service was just bad. I couldnt get more than 1 bar in my home and I had to be upstairs to make it work. Luckily I was able to return my phone and cancel my service before getting locked into a contract - the girl that helped me buy the phone and return it was great.

I recommend T-mobile in Macedonia Ohio. Daniel is a phenomenal representative, he is very kind and dedicated. His top priority is to make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving the store. He is patient and very knowledgeable about the product you are purchasing. Daniel has been working with me every since I got my new Samsung Galaxy S9 note. He takes his time to make sure I understand my phone since it is so complex. I know that there are other representative there at T-mobile who are knowledgeable as well but Daniel has been the one who has been able to help me every time I go to T-mobile with the phone that I have. I think that he should be given a raise for what he does. I know what he does is his job, however, Daniel always go over and above his call of duties. Anyone who has a chance to work with Daniel will not be disappointed. Thanks Macedonia T-mobile.

Theres a reason Ive stuck with T-Mobile for almost a decade now, and its hands down the best customer service in the mobile industry. And my local store is no exception. They always take care of any issue I have, with a smile, and work to figure out how I can get the best value and coolest phones.

A young lady there was able to take my contacts from my old flip phone and put them into my new smart phone and my phone wasnt bought from them. They provide the cell coverage though. Bought a great case as well. My sim card was full and doing the contacts one at a time was not what I wanted. Thanks for great service, valentine. Hope you enjoyed the chocolates.

I just want to say thank you to Alex! I had to get a new phone. He took the time to explain my options and show me how to use my new phone. Worst location to buy phone. Cant trust what they offer. Make sure your plan qualifies for bogo Because alex will try to sell you even your plan dosent qualify. Now i am payin 1200 for a phone that was supposed to be free. Good job t mobile. Customer is always right dosent apply here.

Stay away from Alex. Offered me buy one get one free bogo and later on I found out my plan didnt qualify for it. Now I have to pay 2400 for phones. Tried complaining and all I figured out was if they make mistake at store customer have to pay for it. Good luck guys

This location is a T-Mobile corporate owned store. The reps are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I have never had a bad experience in this store, highly recommended !

For two years this has been our go to T-Mobile store, the staff has changed sadly because we have gotten wonderful help, but have also found the new staff to be on the same caliber of knowledge and helpfulness, which is true for most T-Mo stores but not all. This store is consistently top notch.

I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years and this evening I was treated very poorly when I stopped in for some help. The female working I believe Heather was her name, she was telling me everything people including myself do wrong with phones. She made me feel very uneducated and made sure to tell me what low quality my phone was. The your man working as well was not much better. At this point I will not recommend T-Mobile to anyone and Im already starting to look into a different provider.

More like t-brobro... The three guys working there were obnoxious bros. I added a line, the guy in store said one thing six gigs of data, but actually assigned me zero, and t mobile is trying to get me to pay more money for data. I had to go online and fix it myself. On top of this, the three guys working there were this biggest bros ever, and obviously hired each other or were friends or something. One had a Trump phone case (Im not into politics, but thats unprofessional on the clock, imo), they blasted the douchiest nu-metal, and in general acted very unprofessional. They talked not like they were working, but like they were conversing at a party. Very obnoxious.

Services wasnt what I expected. I came to purchase two phones and the man waiting on me took two other customers and made me wait. I had to tell him I was here before them and they needed to wait their turn. That was just the first of many mistakes he made!
