Bought a battery while traveling on vacation to pick up at store. Staff there were not able or willing to help me with my order before they told me they had to close. 3rd strike for advance auto. I will never visit again. Miss the old car quest service.

While he was only doing his job in helping me, he did it in a manner that was not only professional, but very positive and pleasant as well. Good store. Only problem is that its a trial type store that doesnt carry as much inventory as normal stores so alot of the time they dont have what other stores carry all the time. So I recommend checking before you go to the store and expecting parts to be in stock.

People here are great and will help you with anything, they installed my windshield wipers for me after I fought with them for an hour. As well as installing my battery, they also installed my rear bulbs. Always go above and beyond to make sure Im happy.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an auto parts place Ever!!! Instead of admitting he gave me the wrong part he decided to argue with me the customer. The only good thing that came of this was the great service I got at Orielys auto parts. Will be going there from now on!!!

Staff is very helpful and installs parts when you purchase; installed my wipers for me and noticed I had purchased the wrong wipers and they quickly found me the proper ones and installed! A+
