Good selection of general and unique products. Prices are reasonable. To save even more money, search for their coupons on the internet. On my last trip, I saved 68% off my bill (and bought exactly what I wanted). Staff is great. They are always giving me great ideas!

Sorry to see this store close! We always looked to BBB to have the item we needed. Your employees were always so helpful, too. I guess even a 5 star rating doesnt mean anything for this store now, though.

Regular BB&B, same products as others. Like that they mail so many coupons frequently. Workers are friendly and helpful. Sometimes its hard to find help on the floor. Store is clean and well taken care of.

Pleasant welcoming and helpful atmosphereI rarely shop here but the sales and coupons they continue to send have won me over. I saved $30 on several storage items which I used to transform my laundry room. The sales representative also gave me a great discount and ordered items on clearance, that were not in the store to ship free to my home! Thanks Bed Bath & Beyond

Found an item we wanted to purchase, but for some reason at checkout my BB&B app would not connect and I couldnt retrieve my 20% off coupon. Customer service said there was nothing they could do, the app is offered by a third party. We asked if they had a paper copy of a coupon we could use, and they said no. They wouldnt honor the 20% off, even though I showed the customer service employ the app and the fact that it wasnt loading. So we went home and ordered online instead, which is fine, but it was a wasted trip to the store. Its not like the 20% off coupons are rare and only offered to exclusive customers, they come in the mail and newspaper all the time. I dont understand why they couldnt just honor it. Its not like I was trying to rip them off.

Sad to discover my Go To store for all my needs and gift giving is closing! So sad! Being forced to shop on line, which I hate! I want to see what Im buying for cookware, sheets, towels, etc. Completely upset with closing - management needs to rethink! Sales clerk was horrible checking me out - worst clerk experience ever in this store, she should not be interacting with public, she was rude, wouldnt crack a smile even with trying pleasant interaction with her, worst clerk ever at this store! Sad, you have lost a very good customer by closing this store, rarely spend less than $150 every visit! Double or triple that during holidays! Please reconsider closing this store - I wont shop you on line.

The manager at this store needs to understand customer service. He has no manners how they have him in this position I don’t know. Shop somewhere else.
