Ivory was so nice and immediately greeted us to get us started! I was planning on just walking around, but I got some great info about each selection. Very respectful of our budget and discussed pros/cons.

We were very impressed on the professionalism of the staff. We were greeted by Ivory who helped us choose a mattress. They also have a 120 night guarantee on the mattress which means if we are not happy with the mattress we can try another one. We found the price of the mattress was the best price there and found out if we find it cheaper elsewhere in the 120 days they will price match. With this guarantee and their 0 percent financing for 3 years we felt it was a good time to get a new much needed mattress.

Where do I even begin? Store manager Ivory is simply just the best. This man stayed an hour after closing to make sure I got approved for my mattress and everything. He remained patient and kept informing us that he would stay here all night if he had to. As long as we were taken care of. People like this deserve the title store manager if not more. He bent backwards to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. Very well educated on sleep and sleep habits. He really is the “sleep expert”.
