I called the CVS for informed consent on the vaccination. The pharmacist hung up on me. Then I went into this CVS for informed consent for the vaccine insert ingredients. The pharmacist refused to give me informed consent on the ingredients of the vaccine at this location. Everything has been recorded at this location. Informed consent is critical when introducing an emergency use authorization medical treatment. It’s astonishing I was not given this information for an experimental vaccine at this location. They refused to give me their names. Why hide your name if what you’re doing is so noble and good?

Ive always been treated promptly and courteously at this store. If they didnt happen to have an item in stock, they would transfer the order to another pharmacy in town so I never went without.

The pharmacy technician was rude so I asked for the manager. The managers sniveling snide attitude when she said she would speak to the technician was obviously a lie. When I called the manager on that she became very defensive. If she was going to follow up she had no reason to become defensive. Just another chain store that cares nothing for customer service.

A guy who forced himself on me works here or did but regardless I cant enjoy an experience in there knowing he works there.

Prices are sometimes incorrect in store but the staff are very helpful

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Employee was rude beyond belief. Complained to corporate and they claim that isnt how they do business. However that IS how they do business at this location. I will never set foot in that store again.
