I am so disappointed in the Macomb Walmart. I had heard of people waiting in line to check out for 30 minutes or more because they did away with most of the check out lanes. Some people, especially elderly had to stand in the long line through the store because they needed to write a check or simply could not scan and bag themselves. Customer service is dead at Walmart.
No help, when you need. Electronic department.. unknowledgeable about anything..Stores very unorganized...& You know this will fall on def ears..

This was my worst experience in the Macomb Walmart pharmacy.first of all I came in when they were locking up for lunch, it was 1:30 the worker said come back a little after 2:00 I said ok went on with my shopping. Came back at 2:16 and the rude lady raised her voice and said . I told you it would be well after 2:00. She said this so disrespectful. I again said Ill wait. After about 20 more minutes the pharmacist came from around his counter and demanded to know what I needed the medication for . I thought to myself this isnt right asking me private information where theres people all around . I found this very degrading. But I still sit patiently and quietly 30 more minutes go by they finally call me up. I wasnt rude but was enraged !!!! And simply told the pharmacist I would not be back to please send my medication elsewhere. Ive never been treated this way before. And I wont let it happen again!!!!!!!!
I have never had a significant problem here - just an occasional too-long wait due to them being overwhelmed with orders. Staff has always been friendly even when theyre obviously busy and stressed.
