Today, I did something that was very emotional. I sold some things of my late fathers that had been sitting in a closet for 5 years. I called Bob and he agreed to meet me privately as he was also a good friend of my father. I was treated with the utmost compassion and our deal was more than fair. Everyone in the store knew who I was asked about my family and granddaughter. I heard stories about my dad and grandfather, that I had never heard before. I mentioned that I had almost brought something of my dads just to see what it was worth and then told him I just couldnt in the end. He told me straight up.....keep it! Give it to your granddaughter one day and if a time comes you need to sell it, I will keep it as a memory of your dad. If that time would ever come I know that I could go to him and buy it back. I got to my car and cried. He / the whole family knew this was hard, but I knew I was doing the right thing with what I did sell. I promise you he is fair!!!! He and his family are compassionate people and will never cheat you. Thank you, Pawn Plus you are the best around and I will never go anywhere else.

100% con artists taking extreme advantage of being the only pawn shop in town taking advantage of people who need the cash i went in to sell a brand new copy of rage for the Xbox 360 and they were only going to give me 50 cents and they had a copy that was in a banged up case for $50 dont waste your time going to sell to them I rather give my business to gamestop at least they give better deals

This has been the main pawn shop I use in this area. I believe at one point we had another one but still this being the only one I go to is a nice place for the community to find great deals on resale items!! I can honestly recall only one experience where I was not keen on one trip there but aside that I have always had good business with Pawn Plus Inc. I believe they aim to do the very best by anyone who comes there despite what other opinions of the reviews I read but business is business so you respect the business and go elsewhere if you dont agree with them. Still they have a mass variety of items waiting to be checked out but also if you are needing to sell an item or a loan then they have that feature too!! If you are a purse collector then they have a nice selection of certified purse & handbags so you know you are getting the real deal and not a knock off, a shop that cares about the product you are buying or selling. I wanted to share my visit at Pawn Plus. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in everything I was in there for. If you havent stopped in for a while or at all, I highly recommend that you do so.

My husband passed away and I didnt know what to do with his band cuz I wanted to wear his band and so I brought it to Pawn Plus and they put his ring with my ring and my engagement ring and put all three rings together and oh my God it is gorgeous I dont know how to thank pawnshop so much for helping me out thank you

I have been coming to this pawn shop for quite a few years and have always been treated fairly and as many times that Ive visited I have never seen any of the staff treat any other customer unfairly or disrespetively. I can usually find a few good deals every time I visit, although I do not always buy something every time I visit. Never have I felt pushed into buying something from anyone here, I can always take my time looking around without question. I love their layaway policy it makes it a lot easier if you have limited cash and want to splurge on something a little more pricey, they only ask for 10% down and let you pay monthly payments of 10% for up to 10 months cant really beat that. Whether you are looking to pawn something for quick cash or make a purchase you will be treated fairly and respectfully. In general its a fun place to visit and more often than not you will find what you are looking for and maybe something unexpected and priced fairly compared to other places of business and the rest of the secondhand market. 5 star service every time I visit!

Their expert knowledge is given even if a sale is not made and they have great advice on heirlooms and their value. I have always had a good experience in this place. Both Bob and Lori are extremely nice and the prices on the stuff I sell to them is fair. I also keep in mind that if I bought a movie for 7 at Walmart chances are I will get around 2-3 for it at the pawn shop. But I have always been satisfied and if I feel the price is too low I just say not right now and go home, and see if I have something of higher value to take up.

The older man with a really bad comb over low balled me on my photo equipment. I left and then came back to try to renegotiate on the price. When I got there the old man was in the bathroom I waited and he came out with a serious coke ring around his right nostril. It was awesome. But we couldnt make a deal.

They have fallen off with customer service as well as having reasonable merchandise. They will low ball you quick . Dont advise it unless u need fast cash and dnt want merch back.

They know nothing of what they have or what you bring in. They rely on eBay and google. They lowball or turn away anything that isnt jewelry or firearms, then wont give you much of anything. They think theyre tv stars will all the buzz of reality tv shows. Jokes on them, I sold my stuff on craigslist and buy/sell facebook sites for more than I wanted from them. Buyer beware. Ill take my money else where.

These guys know nothing at all and they claim they do when they certianly dont. You have to pay extra than what your pawn ticket says you have to.They waste your time. they are relaying on Google to check the prices of the product when other pawn shops know straight off hand what the product is worth. So dont go there they will rip you off.Horrible expierence
