Great service. I live out of state and was visiting over the holiday. My dad needed a new bed and lift chair. Not only were they the only store open but they delivered to Grand Prairie during non working hours. And, gave us a military/veteran discount. That’s not all! A year later there was an issue with the mattress and they came to replace it with no questions asked. The store may not look like a showroom (it is a discount store), but they make up for it in customer service.

The own is unprofessional and disrespectful. I simply ask if I was eligible for any sort of payment plan and the owner immediately began berating me. Which was unfortunate because I had the full amount of the items on hand and would have paid him had he not disrespected me. Not sure why anyone would support this buisness.

Went in to look at beds, found a great one. Before I left store just happened to find a great chair. The best part made in USA. I do recommend.

I went in here back in May, wanted a twin size log bed, they only had the headboard, but the Older gentlemen said that it would attach to a metal frame no problem, so I purchased one of those, he was wrong. And when I contacted them they owner said it would require lag bolts to fit, but that these would stick out. Obviously, this is not going to work, as it is going to scar my walls and possibly injure someone. I asked them to just order a complete set so I could exchange and he said he would and it would take 6 weeks. It should have been in mid June, and it is nearly the end of August and he still doesnt know if he has one, I suspect he never ordered it. I will never purchase another item from this place again. The only reason I went there was because I wanted the log bed. Never again. They are terrible. If you need a bed in Macomb, go to Modern Home outlet, like I always have in the past. He is way better.

I had a great Experience with my purchase here. Went in looking for a queen size bed he explained the different types he had and me and wife decided on one . Love it.

Like the previous reviewer said, the store was alright, but the delivery was awful. It was a bit difficult navigating the store, as it was so crammed with furniture, but I guess thats normal for a warehouse setting. Upon ordering the furniture, the man there told us that it would be delivered that afternoon. It was not, and I did not receive a call or anything notifying me as such. I called them the next day, and I suppose they forgot, because they rushed to deliver it. One man came to my home, and asked me to help me carry the furniture in. Maybe Ive just been spoiled, but when I pay $10 for delivery fees, I usually dont need to help lug the heavy furniture up the stairs. Overall, a poor experience.

My father went in and the sales person was rude, disrespectful, and would not stop talking over the top of him, when my dad explained he was trying to ask the man a question his response was well if youd shut up and listen you might learn something my dad left telling the man he was rude and he responded see ya, the next personll buy it the other two furniture businesss in town were far more courteous and my father greatly
