Called 2 time on July 30th to get a shower valve cartridge, first time at about 11 am. I was told show room personal would have to help me, gave them my name and number. waited till 4:30 called back. show room lady not there.Man I talked to took my name and number again. hopefully will get a call today.

For residential fixtures and remodeling bathrooms Roxanne in the showroom has it all. As for counter sales they have almost anything for residential or commercial plumbing.

I called to find some AO Smith parts that I had a purchase order to get. The parts rep told me he didnt have the name brand parts but would sell me the generic replacements that would work fine or order the name brand parts that would take about a week to get. He woldnt accept my purchase order for the generic parts. I said Id call AO Smith to get the parts sent straight to me, and he said yeah, good luck with that as if to suggest I would have a hard time getting the name brand parts from the manufacturer. Im very surprised to get that kind of response from a distributor about a product they sell and represent. I think that AO Smith has excellent customer service and Ferguson does a disservice to them by making such remarks. I told AO Smith about the encounter when I called them to ship me the parts. They waived a two-day shipping fee. Now, thats customer service.
