Attention Consumers, if you have a warranty part there is a Warranty Handling fee (35.00) that you have to pay that your contractor will have to pass on to you from Rheem which is not a true full parts warranty. Buy another name brand.

That is an incorrect statement sir. Rheem does not charge a warranty processing fee, we, as a Rheem distributor, charge that fee to non Rheem contractors to offset the cost of processing the warranty paperwork and the cost of shipping the defective item back to Rheem. Rheem contractors are not charged that fee and we would suggest to any customer, that they contact a qualified Rheem contractor for any Rheem repairs, whether warranty or otherwise.
