I have a queen size Stearns and Foster mattress with the adjustable base and I love, love, love it… I have several bad disc in my neck and back, this mattress has made sleep so much better for me… I used to toss and turn trying to find a comfortable position, but not any more… I’d wake up and roll out of bed holding my lower back, walking very slow from excruciating pain, but not any more… I’d wake up with a stiff neck, that felt like I had a crook in it, but not any more… Being able to adjust my mattress allows me to sleep more comfortably and I wake up rejuvenated… I’d recommend this mattress to anyone who’s suffering with a bad back or neck and wants a better quality of sleep…

I have been having back issues recently and was interested in trying a new style mattress after sleeping on a friends. Nelson, my representative was very knowledgeable and patient as I decided which route to take. I was on my lunch hour so did not have a lot of time to spare however he respected my time and was able to provide me with a good deal and fast financing. They even had the mattress in stock, loaded it for me and was back to work with time to spare. Very satisfied with purchasing process and will do business again.

I ordered a bed from a wonderful rep who was actually transitioning out of the position between when we ordered and when our bed was delivered. The delivery did not go as planned and I could not have been more impressed with the way the store handled the situation. I went to the Mattress Firm on a Sunday and there were two gentlemen in the store. They were very nice and knew exactly how to guide me and help me find a mattress that would work for me. Mattress Firm delivered a box spring to my daughter’s apartment in October 2020 but did not carry it in and the drivers we rude. I called and complained to the delivery office as I ordered online. It was explained to them that they only bring items in for the next level delivery service. I had a problem with that as they was not explained to me when I spoke with the delivery office originally. Anyway, they made amends and I will do business with them again but I think if you deliver something you should at least bring it in the dwelling and clear sometimes over communication is better.

Our Sales Associate Connie worked within our budget to help get us exactly what we wanted in a mattress. My husband Rodney and I had most comfortable experience. In the future if we ever need another mattress I would gladly choose Mattress Firm Macon. It was a pleasure doing business with Connie England and John Johnson.
