Bed sleeps great. However, delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told that they would take off my old mattress and that didn’t happen. When you spend this much for a mattress you expect the service to be flawless

Buyers beware!!! Jeremy didnt tell me upfront there is a $199 charge to return the mattress. Its their pick up fee. He didnt tell me I would not be able to return the $253 mattress pad he convinced me to purchase. A few days later when placing my order over the phone with Brian, he too did not inform me of this. I found this out when I called the 800 number to request a return. This is deceitful practice and not transparent. BTW, if you sleep in the middle of the bed, the beds with 2 air chambers will not benefit you.As a follow up to SNs response: my order was placed by phone therefore i was never asked to sign a receipt. The receipt was emailed to me after i made the purchase. Once I received the emailed receipt, I only glanced at it to confirm the amount of purchase. Scrolled down a little only to see more advertisements for SN products. Once I learned about the non returnable pad, I did go back to review my receipt and yes, after scrolling to the very end did I find the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Very sneaky SN to send it to me AFTER making the purchase and putting it at the very end of the receipt.

BUYERS BEWARE!! The base has A NO RETURN POLICY. The salesman at the Macon store, Jeremy, told us that if we weren’t 100 percent happy that we could return our purchase in 30 days or 100 nights. If he would have said that the most expensive part of the purchase was NOT RETURNABLE, who would purchase it? This is absolutely the worst bed that I have ever slept on including tent camping and sleeping on the ground. The delivery people could not answer any questions or even fix the app. MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ GBE WARRANTY!!! Do not buy this bed if you have ANY DOUBTS BC YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT!

Was the best experience there. The salesman, Jeremy, spent over 2 hours showing us the details, answering our questions and allowing us time to test each mattresses we were interested in. He never pressured us but made us feel we were comfortably in control of our decision. When we decided on one he worked out all the paperwork and details. I highly recommend that when you go there ask for Jeremy.

Service is great, just disappointed because the company decided to switch from in balance sheets to true temp sheets. They are way different and uncomfortably itchy.

Jeremy was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the operational functions of the bed very well. Store was very clean, organized and well maintained.

Brian the salesman was too pushy called several times and emailed. We went back t9 buy a bed he made our less expensive choice seem like we were doomed and making a horrible decision. We left went to Mattress Firm purchased a bed and have slept great since for $7000 less.

Went looking to price bed/mattress combos. My wife suffers with a bad back. She has always wanted a sleep number bed. Due to an expected windfall, we were pricing. Long story short, Sleep Number is in the midst of a design change. We were able to purchase the bed we decided on at a large discount. The sales lady was excellent. If you are in need of bedding, visit this place.

The customer service at this store was par excellent. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted which many places these days seem to be void of.Both Connye and Andrea treaded me very well. Their attention to detail in advising me which bed would best meet my particular needs was met.I visited the store several times to make sure that the bed I selected would benefits my health concerns. When purchasing a large ticket item one MUST be sure 100%. I never felt like a nuisance at any time.This was a pleasant experience for me and I look forward to when the bed is delivered.

Sleep number store in Macon has excellent customer service and they’re very knowledge about their product. I would recommend 1st time buyers to check a sleep number bed with a sale person verses making a decision online.

Brian was a huge help in my selection of my S5 Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend speaking with him if you want a great nights rest.

First off everybody does not live in Macon Ga to know the area. This sleep number store is hard to find tucked back in a mall, now with that said we did make a purchase for a bed based on the answers to our questions we got from the sales guy. One of those questions weredoes delivery charge include removal of our old bed& adjustable frame? We were told yes and more than once that the entire bed would be removed, well that was a lie just to get the sale because we later found out they will remove the old mattress but not the frame! People depend on the yes or no information these stores representatives give us when were making a purchase and when a representative not just implies but directly & knowingly gives you false information in order to gain a sale then they are putting not only their reputation on the line but also Sleep Number Stores also. Needless to say, we cancelled the bed! Be very careful!, you can not trust the information you get at the sleep number store in Macon Georgia

My husband and I went to the store to see if all thw hype was true. All we had heard about the Sleep Number beds was very true, but I had no idea that we would be met withsuch an AMAZING customer service experience! The associate didnt sell us a mattress, she matched us with our perfect bed! We havent even received our matress yet and I am confident in our decision because of how well the associate explained everything. I have worked in customer service my whole adult life and I was very impressed!

LIARS,horrible bed, does not work, expensive air mattress is all it is. 4 days later back is worse then before i purchased this, and they dont stand by there, return if not satisfied,

The salesman was to pushy. He called several times after we left to see what we decided. We went back a week later his first comment was well you have got to do something to sleep better. We had a couple of quotes he had given us, they were having a sale. We werent going to buy either bed he had worked quotes up on, one was $7000.00 plus, the other a little less. The bed we were going to go with was on sale. He told us hpw we wouldnt like the bed and it didnt qualify for free delivery if we wanted a good nights sleep we needed to go with one of the ones he had shown us. We left and went to Mattress Firm across the road. We spent a little over $2000 they too were having a sale. They gave us free delivery, free adjustable base and a 10 year warranty. We have slept great so far. I know the salesman has a job to do, I wasnt impressed.
