We were on vacation in north Georgia. I loved it! Beautiful place, the nicest people but I cannot eat Southern food for more than two days or I get sick.. Therefore everyday I would go to this Publix to buy a salad or something healthier to eat. Very clean, very fresh with the best customer service available. KUDOS to these employees!

Overall a good store but I would of liked it if the bakery was next to the cooking area like the one on bass road. One complaint is that the lettuce area needs better up keep because the lettuce has been past the sell by date multiple times and they dont remove sale prices sometimes.

Clean fresh new...Publix has a great reputation and they usually dont disappoint. They are pricey but use their app download coupons looks for their bogos! You can order online for the deli and pick up and pay at same time very convenient because the deli stays BUSY. - because the food is good and fresh. Check it as always decide for yourself.

This is just a great supermarket. The lady at the sandwich deli was a delight. She had a line and she got to all of us with a smile. Thanks but she could use help especially at lunch time. One person cant make the sandwich and add all the toppings. Its about efficiency.

I ordered a cake for our daughters shower 2 weeks in advance, called the morning I was to pick up, order was lost I was told it will be ready that afternoon. When I arrived they hadn’t even started on the cake.I had to wait! We had also ordered her wedding cake from them. It looked nothing like the picture she picked from the book. Color was supposed to be a soft blue it was a bright royal blue. Very disappointed, will not use the bakery again!

I personally only come in here to get a sub and to pick up Resers Mac n Cheese as I did today because it is on sale for Buy 1 Get 1 plus I had a $2 off $10 coupon.😁 I ordered a sub and the young lady was very friendly and made my sub very neat. I also came to use my birthday perk however they did not have the 2 pack jumbo cupcakes. ☹️ I know Publix have good wings and I will return at a later date to purchase some.

Not much on customer service anymore! Never thanked me for business at checkout, I had quite a big purchase with lots of bags, they never asked if they could help me get it loaded in the car.

I Love publix cakes always have and I have been telling all my family and friends for years to switch to them and they have because they never disappointed me. I was so upset when I bought the two tier cake and cupcake for almost 79$ they changed the design and they were out of the tier it sits on amd didnt tell me until it was time to pick it up and still charged me the same price !I really didnt expect this from them... It was better when they were on TomHill

After shopping at Walmart for years, switching back to publix is a bit disorienting with regards to the quality and pricing of the food (both of which are significantly higher than Walmart). That being said, we often end up with these huge quantities of cheap food from Walmart and 25-50% goes bad or is simply never used...conversely, publix goods are much more expensive but we will finish everything everything thus less is wasted. In that way, the switch back to publix is logical.Furthermore, the quality of the phenomenal service and expertise of publix employees cannot be compared to Walmart in that it is nonexistent in the latter.Finally, after shopping at publix, I dont feel disgusting when looking into my fridge-instead I feel pride.

Its nice and new still so that helps. I dont get in there often as it isnt convenient for me but stop in occasionally as they usually care special items my regular store doesnt.

Very clean store, well laid out and friendly employees. Was in the area on a break visiting family so having this grocery store nearby was very convenient. The parking lot was big and well lit at night. They had a good selection of items and I was pleased they carried quality ice next to the alcohol. I refuse to buy cheap ice because I eat a lot of it and use it in my drinks so that was a plus for me seeing they carried that brand and type of ice in store.

First visit, but definitely wont be last. Wide, uncluttered aisles, bountiful selections, clean and bright, and very friendly staff. Just a more relaxed and enjoyable shopping trip as compared to the hustle and bustle at Kroger.

The store is awesome so I gave it 5 stars because of quality, friendliness, and having vegan items. My comment relates to the Website. I would like to suggest that this Publix add the times of the Pharmacy on the site because they open later and close earlier than the store. I had to call to find out the opening time of the Pharmacy. The store opens at 7 am, but the Pharmacy doesnt open until 9 am. The Pharmacy is very efficient and friendly.

I ordered a wedding cake from this Publix location and was very disappointed in the quality of this cake. As me and my husband cut into the cake it started to separate and fall apart. They also did not leave the cake box so I could take it home properly!!! Our cake cutting ceremony was ruined and we has to fake pictures because the cake was crumbling. I contacted the store manager and she was VERY non-chalant about it and not apologetic at all!!!! Very unprofessional and only refunded me $200 out of $600 cake and we have nothing!!! I was very upset so I didn’t even fight it because she knows what’s right to do. We don’t even have the part of our cake that we were suppose to save for our anniversary because it was leaning, falling over and crumbling so we had to throw it away. Would not recommend!!!!!!

Lot of good things in one place. Bought the last two boxes of Aunt Jemima pancake mix with her picture on it. Lovely looking lady !

The level of customer service here is EXCELLENT! Though there are 2 other grocery stores closer to my home, I prefer driving a little farther for better service. You just cant beat Publix for great service and friendly, professional staff.

Its nice and clean... service has been decent and we really enjoy their 20 piece wings deal for 12.99! Theyve been super helpful in getting us the cuts of meat weve requested. Yes, I know they are slightly higher priced than competition, but our experience with the freshness of the produce allows us to reason with a little more money for quality. Got the best whipped icing event cakes ever!

This review isnt specifically for the store (even though I love the store) its more specifically for the sushi portion of the deli. I had an amazing roll from there on their 5 dollar roll Wednesdays and everything from the customer service to the actual sushi was amazing. I customized my roll so I understand if the photos I post arent to your liking, the chef was really accommodating to make it to my specifications. I generally dont like cucumber in my sushi so she made sure to make some for me without it! I got it to go so it did take a little beating on the way home :) still delicious though!

My bakery order was misplaced, therefore not completed upon pick up. The manager tried to accommodate me with a free cake but the birthday boy only likes cookies, so he wasnt satisfied. Unfortunately my pick up time was an hour before his dinner so I had no time to figure out a back up plan

Love Publix but the one on Thomaston Rd.was out of so many things I wanted.I was out that way so thought I would just go in butI usually shop on Bass Rd in Macon.

I visit this Publix several times a week to get sandwiches. Last week was here and had a talk with manager about every time we come it’s a 30 minute + wait to order. This evening nothing changed one person helping a line of 7-8 and literally the have six employees standing around not assisting. Truly doesn’t make sense. Someone from corporate needs to fix. The store manager and employee policy. FYI they told me online orders come before live customer. Smh!

Service is good. Used the catering service for my renewals. Very good food. Even my wedding cake was delicious

The worst experience I have ever had in a Publix SupermarketI arrived at the store to order 2 sandwiches at 11:43 to find 2 employees making sandwiches. There were already 4 people in line ahead of me so I knew there was going to be a short wait. 1 employee was working with online orders and 1 was working on the line. Both employees kept leaving to go to the back room and then would come back. 1 employee mentioned that they had to go on break. While I was in Line a customer came in to pick up his online order and an employee from the deli (sandwich meat side) asked him if he needed help. He said yes he placed an online order and it was not ready. She went and grabbed a young man from the back. He apologized to the man and said he would get right on his order meanwhile I and several others behind me had been waiting for 40+ minutes. The young man who was making the online order said something to one of the girls making sandwiches and she threw her hands up and said I have to go to the bathroom and left. After another 10 minutes in line with no service or even a sorry we will be right with you I left.If you are in the business of making sandwiches and salads for LUNCH it would be smart if you staffed your deli with extra help to take care of business and not schedule breaks during the lunch rush!!! Duh!!Not going to waste anymore time there!!

Clean, courteous. It was down from the hospital. My husband past & that was the place to go when i just couldnt cook. They were there & no one knew.

Dont know about grocery shopping but DO NOT GO THERE for their sandwiches or lunch options. They run out of bread, ran out of fried chicken, ran out of Mac and cheese and basically everything else. It will take an hour just to get a sandwich made if they even have the bread!

Has 99% of what I need. They cant help the one goofy thing that not everyone carries. The online sandwich ordering usually does it on time but youre better off adding 15 minutes to wait time.

I work at this store and am rating it so maps will stop asking. The store is of the newest design in our company and is the only one around with the new catering department.

Products are not being rotated so you may go buy a old salad or not find the item at all. Stocking department needs to do a better job.

Great place to shop. They really have almost everything you need. I picked up way to much than I wanted to. But I will love trying the new foods that I cant find anywhere else.

I ordered a sub sandwich and got home to eat it.. something told me to open it up, which Im glad that I did.. I noticed something clearish/white.. and knew I didnt say onions.. so I went to pull the onion out and realized it was NOT an onion.. It was the top to a condiment bottle!!!! The DISGUST that ran through my stomach!!! 🤮 How did they not notice this???? And it was not even where the condiments go on the sandwich which would have been near the bread!!! It was where the lettuce and such was!!!! So that means they would have had to pick it up in their hands and place it on my sandwich!!! 😡

I was so excited to have a Publix located closer to my home. At one time there was a location coming to Hartley Bridge Road and when that didnt happen I was sooooo disappointed. I didnt quite understand why there were 2 in North Macon and 0 in the South but ANYWHOOOOOOOO this location is so nice and convenient. I use them with InstaCart and in person and the most convenient aspect is if you want a sandwich you can order it on the app, pre-pay and pick it up and roll! Some of my favorite items to pick up for dinner are the fried chicken (no brainer), the fried wings, potato salad, chicken salad, prepared salads and other sides. Friendly staff, good bakery, good selection and other things that you recognize as the signature traits of a Publix location.

Beautiful store. They have a variety freshly prepared foods to heat and eat as well as hot food that rivals restaurant prices! Ill have to shop more often. Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered a birthday cake online for my daughter and I put in the instruction to make it the same as the picture, I was shocked when I pick it up, it was Not the same as the picture the colors and design were different, and the cake was like someone made it at home.I spoke to the manager and I got all my money back.That is the first time I order a cake from this store and will be the last.

Publix subs are the best! My boyfriend and I made online orders here for subs several times. Even though there are instances when our orders arent made on time, the employees, especially the two taller men in the deli, are attentive and swift at getting our orders ready. Will be back!

This place is CLEAN! From the parking lot to the store to the people, its like magical clean lol.. Items are easy to find. Usually very well stocked. I Instacart and I do believe this is the ONLY place I have not had to refund an item or find a replacement. On point. EXCELLENT shopping experience there everytime!

Rhonda at the deli is extremely rude and unprofessional. Like reviews say, sad that a gorgeous store has such poor employees.
