A place with very kind staff and convenience of opening early in the morning and cool and diverse items.

Ordered a custom birthday cake online and it was such an easy process. Cake was delicious and exactly how we wanted it and ready when promised!

Entering this particular Publix is like walking into a cruise ship and heaven at the same time. From being greeted by beautiful Brooke, to a warm greeting by the pastry section and a hug by their bakery staff, I felt like I was rolling around the floor with the Pillsbury Dough woman. Their deli section is a symphony of delicious Boarshead meats, complimented by a cooler of prepared dinners and side dishes like quiche, pickles, coleslaw, pumpkin dessert hummus and chocolate dessert spreads that are so naughty and appealing, they should be spanked and sent to bed! The coffee section is wonderful too. Its like I was whisked away to Costa Rica, but made layovers in Hawaii and Jamaica while Peruvian women blew mystical smoke at me as a welcome by the coffee gods. The experience was causing an overwhelming sensation of joy and excitement as I didnt know what kind of an adventure Id face in the next isle. By the time I was hitting the personal hygiene and condoms displays, I was in tears. The adult diapers then had me weeping thinking about dear granddad and his prune Danish and bingo nights. With such feelings of grandeur, I had to hit the wine and beer section to sedate my excitement later. This is a Publix to behold, and one that is a National treasure.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday a week in advance! I go to pick up the cake on the day of my daughters party and it’s not ready at the time I need it! The lady says she is behind and to give her 10 minutes!! Ok I wait about 20 and the cake is done. We cut into the cake and it’s not what we ordered I ordered a marble cake and they give me vanilla!!! I called to tell them and they say they don’t have any marble cake! So instead of telling me you just give me whatever YOU want!! It’s not acceptable!! Then they can’t give me a refund because I don’t have a receipt who thinks they are going to have to return a cake!!! I will NEVER purchase from Publix again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this chain as well!!

I moved here from the northeast in January .A Kroger is across from where I live but I have become more and more disenchanted . I tried Your Publix!!!! WOW!!!!!! A whole other world!Now I feel more at home!!! A well lit store, which matters, a well staffed store, which really matters, well stocked shelves, people that are so happy to help you, which is hard to find anywhere anymore, Your employees are happy.I spend less and come home with more.I am thrilled. Thank you for doing all the right things because you will continue to prosper if you do!!!!!

Its close to my house so I go there often. The staff are friendly and I love the fresh vegetables and eggs. The flu shot was also given last week.

Way over priced. But I did manage to gather the stuff I needed for a good lunch. They have an enormous selection. But for a budget buyer like me, the selection is not worth the mark up

My experience was very friendly and fast. I also learned that one of my prescriptions was actually free there for my blood pressure...

Publix is a great store. Their buy one get one free sales are great. The fried chicken is the best. Customer is always friendly. The Publix promise is wonderful. If you buy something at Publix, and the price is incorrect they will give it to you for free.

Very clean, friendly staff, however the cashiers at the self service, Looks at you like your going to take items without paying. The cashiers that check you out are young, very friendly and engaging. I would like to add, My encounters with younger customer service agents have been rude, NOT AT PUBLIX, this store is located on Bass road, Macon Ga. beautiful part of town. Isles are wide, not over crowded., I would say the hot food after a period, starts to look dry or over heated. No one is paying attention to the appearance. The soups are usually hot, area is clean, the pots could be changed when the product is running low.

Love Publix, and this store is exceptional! They always have great quality meats, produce, seafood, and a wide variety of many things! Its always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I went to get ice because the power went out and the associate and a manger told myself and several others we could not purchase ice. They were also aware of the outage and that many people were affected. It makes no sense to not allow customers to get ice. More confirmation to not shop at this Publix location. I only have poor service when I come to this location.

Today the soup bar had no cups, utensils, napkins or anything. It was completely empty. Had to ask for a cup. They need to keep It stocked at least. Updated review: 11/2 went to get a chicken breast an this was before noon an was so dried out I couldnt hardly eat it. They must of cooked it at 6am.

Great curbside service. Just one minor issue, when you order a bag of something, i.e. lemons, the pic that shows up is a single lemon and if your shopper doesnt take time to read the order, you may get 1 lemon and not the bag you paid for.

Even though crowded, the merchandise was well presented and I was able to shop effectively.

I needed lamb and an awesome gentleman in the meat department made sure I had what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Very great place to find all you need.

My friend was treated rudely by check out clerk, a mixup of whos groceries were whos, caused a reringing of TWO items. And what an eye roll from cashier! She denied it, but I was standing behind the two customers involved and I did observe her behavior.

If you order to pick up you can be assured it wont be ready anywhere close to the pick up time. I get here 15 minutes late on purpose and they havent even started making anything. Theyre not even busy either.

Auto check out is always trouble. It either double charges when scanning or when you scan your card to pay it just spins and spins like its lost then when you look around for help employees look at you then just look the other way like they dont notice you

Wonderful, definitely a great grocery store and dont sleep on their deli its one of the main reasons to go.

I felt safe in the store. The system of entering through the clean cart door, and returning to the dirty cart door is good. I liked the one way aisles, but several people chose to ignore it. I found all but one item I needed, and was surprised to see the incredibly high price of beef. ALL employees at Publix are courteous and helpful!

Publix is just a totally and completely different atmosphere and experience when compared to Kroger! Hands down my favorite place to grocery shop!
