After making many attempts to purchase a new phone, my boyfriend and I came into the Cricket store to purchase an new phone. As I came into the store, JurRecia give us an pleasant welcome and helped us with our concerns very well. She also was very patient. She made sure the recent purchase was set up properly before we left the store. Out of all the employees, she made us feel the most comfortable to talk in the store. THANKS JurRecia!!!!

One of the BEST Cricket stores i ever been too! Kalandra was knowledgeable and beyond helpful! And can multi-task like a champ! She was taking phone bills and setting up phones, the whole time she never lost her customers attention or made anyone feel less valued. She deserves a raise or her own store!!!
