Customer Service was alright... Employee could have been more friendly and helpful...

Came in today to purchase a phone. The employee Samantha was very helpful and nice. She answered all questions, even got me in & out in a timely manner. Definitely will be returning to this location and recommending to others!

Customer series is key. having and nasty attitude is not called for when i a willing to pay more money for a product that does not work. you lost a sale today based off the lady response hope you guys can do better or you all will constantly lose money.

They were a bit busy when we went in but considering it being tax time we was still out pretty fast the staff was still helpful and greeted us upon entering. They wasnt rushing but efficient

The manager tj Simmons steals customers bill money they come back in and complain about there phones being off! She also gives out free cases to customers! That comes out the coworkers checks!!! The Gm also knows she taking money from the store he have stated that’s the manager is taking to much money!!! They have took hours from me and put them back once’s I notice they was gone!!! The Gm stayed he didn’t take anything he gave me free 5 hours either way it goes they stealing!!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!! 🙂 Thank me later 🤷🏼‍♀️👌🏼

Great customer service and the store manager TJ has really upgraded her team and has the best service ever...they are very knowledgeable and curtious

Metro PCs the young lady thats called TJ I think she is a manager or something but she is the best shes very great with the customer and always makes time to assist you when you have a problem, plz continue to find people like that, Thanks TJ
