Customer service is trash. Tried to get an oil change and the guy didn’t even bother acknowledging me so I left, and tried to ring out and pay for my item the card reader didn’t work, so the lady forced me to go to a cashier. Instead I went to the next self check out and it went through fine. Lady was belittling me saying “ain’t nothing wrong with it, but you clearly don’t got the funds.” Definitely not the one I’d go to

Was one of the better walmarts not as messed up as some and it was very clean.

Clean, helpful associate, found everything I need and a few I didnt.

Witnessed employees walking around looking at their cellphones. Employees ignored us as we waited for help. Employee at back electronics counter was extremely slow so we walked to the front registers. Very few cashiers. Had to do self checkout. Had to wait a long time there too because customers didnt know what they were doing. Clerk was standing there watching struggling customers do self checkout. She offered no help. Every employee seemed Lazy, Distracted, Uninterested, Uncaring, Unhelpful. VERY SAD state of affairs. Shop elsewhere.

Very friendly store very nice and clean. When I lived in the area a few years ago this was the only Walmart I would shop in. I don’t live as close as I use to so I dont get to this store as often. So in my opinion I will leave the 5 star just for my past experiences and for my recent

Other than the one time my wife was stalked around the store by a guy who followed her from one side of the store to the other, this is a pretty decent place to shop. It is hard finding associates to help you but they usually have the things we need in stock.

I visited the Gray Highway Store on Labor Day, the Meat Dept. was not fully stocked, the cookies section was almost empty and the Deli Section had very poor lighting as well; I thought they were closed. Not a good shopping experience this Labor Day. I usually give this store a 4 out of 5; one point taken because theyre short on cashier lines attempting to force customers to self checkout; I dont appreciate this while shopping in bulk.

I dont typically shop this store but used the pickup today. The service I got was exceptionally well! The Associate was extremely polite and went above and beyond with getting my order.

I shop at Walmart every week I just wish they would keep more cat food & dog food in stock. They are always moving stuff around which also makes it hard to find what you are shopping for. When employees are putting stuff on the shelves they will get right in your way taking up the whole isle with boxes. Same with employees shopping for customers who pick up their groceries outside.

Always running out of most popular items. I shop here every week and usually different days each week. When the employees are putting stocks on the shelves most of them take up so much of the isles, you cant get thru or to an item you need to get. Customers should be priority and room should be made to push your buggy threw. Also, they need to design the end of all isles where you can see if someone is coming. Its like a blind view & someone is going to get hurt one day because you cant see left or right until you push your buggy half out of the isles.

Auto care center is slow. Employees are not trained on the computers and Donald, the manager did not help the employee. Not enough mechanics. Manager is not leading, just walks around on the phone. No one answers the phone. There was one car ahead of me and it took two and a half hours to get my oil changed and they put the wrong oil in my SUV. Im going to take my money to a professional business.

I never understood how there are more than 20 checkout lanes and most customers have 20 or more items but will STILL have one checkout lane open . 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

Store was clean. Shelves were picked over until you look on very top shelf.

Below average (for Walmart selection / availability of items in most departments we went to shop. Only 2 cash registers open (7 or more shoppers in line at each); Only 3 of 4 self-checkout stations open due to one being repaired by 2 Walmart employees. Wouldnt go back.

I really like this particular Wal-Mart because they are always stocked on their products. However, it would benefit greatly to have more personnel working at checkout because I have seen personally and have done the same myself that customers will put back the items that they were going to buy due to the lack of cashiers working. Self checkout is a good thing for the ones who have just a few items. I hope my review will help make an impact for improvement as I am a frequent shopper myself. Isles blocked by stackers,( I thought thats why they were closed at night) and rude people. Very few named brands, I only by a few great value items, a lot is substandard. The puddings are mostly instant; pros use cook & serve. Have to supplement my shopping list by going to a value grocer afterwards.

Its a typical Walmart. The prices are marked a low price and when you get to the front to pay they only have card reader machines available. So when you scan the items, the prices will not be as advertised. Walmart is a racket.

Worked as a temp today. Super chill easy going atmosphere. Paid well.

Clothes were all the wrong sizes. Not a good selection for my daughter.

Your one stop shop with sometimes friendly service, reasonable prices and all kinds of sights. Getting assistance with anything consumer related seems to be a chore. I waited over 20 minutes at the razor display for help and no one ever came. Some of the self checkout associates seem to hate customers and appear bothered by doing the job theyre being paid to do. I accidentally scanned an item twice and needed help removing it from the kiosk and the attendant didnt speak a word, no hey how are you? Nope. She rolled her eyes and stared at me for a good 3 minutes with us both looking at the blinking red light above the kiosk. And then strolled over to put in her code. I apologized for my mistake and thanked her for her help as she shook her head and walked away. Walmart may have great prices but the friendly associates arent so friendly.

Good for most basic hunting and fishing and boating needs as well as other common sports. Baseball, Basketball, Tennis, and some water sports; namely kayaking swimming and leisure.

Pretty standard as Walmarts go. Not always the best place for produce but everything else is fine.

They have a great system going, getting customers through drive thru. Always fresh.

Everytime I enter this store thinking that Im going to receive actual customer service I am always disappointed. Tried to utilize money services department and of course the information on the sign does not match the information I am given by the representative. I feel there is no real effort to help people who are obviously in need of assistance. I will not be patronizing this store unless I absolutely have no other alternative because its ridiculous to me that my negative experiences here greatly outweigh the positive. If I could give this store zero stars, I most certainly would.

Never enough opened registers. Items are constantly mismarked..Associates will not change the prices when the error is pointed out.The shelves are never stocked.

A little crowded not enough open registers considering it was the weekend of the 4th . A lot of people were not in mask. Still should sanitize though....people are really nasty and with restrictions lifting those human dont care. Glad I got everything I needed. I saw a lot of uncomfortable things so I will give it a while before returning. Be safe everyone.

I placed an online delivery order at this location for a friend that is ill. I ordered last night, woke up this morning 7:58 am with an email informing me of subsitutions and out for delivery. Then 8:05 am with an order cancellation without explanation. This is the first and last time. I hate Walmart. Lower prices are not enough, cusomer service makes a difference.

Every time I need to do something at the money center its either closed or the system is down.come on walmart update your systems.when I get paid by Walmart to walmart transfers and cant get my money it is really frustrating.i dont see why a billion dollar company has this problem

This walmart has a better variety of electronics and juices (passion fruit, mmmmmmm) then other walmarts ive been to (Macon, Warner Robins).

I would recommend this wal mart to any body who is in the Macon area. I had a hard time finding a certain item that the web site said was in stock. The woman that helped me went above and beyond than what was required of her. She was friendly, courteous, and above all made my wal mart experience one I will remember for a very long time.

They NEVER have any Pepsi Zero 12 pack cans in stock. I have to drive to Warner Robins 30 miles away to get it. This is a real pain in the a$$.Up your game!!!

Most of the employees are proficient and courteous. There are a few that are not this way but the others make up for it. I enjoy shopping there because I can get assistance when needed and dont get any mouth back so yes I would recommend the store to anyone and also I will continue to shop there.

I ordered online for pickup. There is a phone number at every parking lot that states to call when you pull up. I tried to call back to back for 30mins and no one would answer the phone. It seems i wasnt the only one. There were 3 other people that they would not answer for. Finally one lady got out and knocked on the door and they took our names. When my groceries were brought out i asked what am i suppose to do. She stated to check in on the app. Which i am fine with by why give the option of a phone number that i no one will answer.

Worker wasnt as friendly as I would like.. but all in all good., On the other hand my Walmart money card, I loaded and tried to use it internationally,were I have spend thousands and they declined,. Spent hours on phone trying to resolve .. as of yet no luck... They still control MY MONEY... WOW

It was not too crowded today at all. They had everything that I needed. I do not really like the fact that masks are not worn anymore.

This store is not maintained well and is dirty. Their inventory is always low and the customer service needs some adjustments.

As an artist, its difficult to find supplies needed in a pinch. They have a pretty decent array of the basics you would need for almost any crafting project you could dream up. I wish I had gotten the name of the young girl on staff that helped me (I think her name began with R). She left her department and assisted me PERFECTLY! She was interested in what I was trying to do and listened. And BAM! She located it!!!

I love Walmart but everything is getting way too expensive like how expensive the mall used to be and goodwill is expensive as Walmart used to be and the mall, well I just dont see a point in going to at all. It would be nice to be able to afford more groceries and clothes than 1 outfit a month and only a couple of days worth of food.

We call this Walmart the hood Walmart. That side of town is known for sketchy individuals. I however love this Walmart. But I know alot of people who stay clear away.

I hate having to stand in line with only 4 or 5 registers open! Everyone who was getting checked out had their buggy full and I have arthritis and there wasnt any handicap cart! I had to lean on my buggy. All the self checkouts had a lot of people also. I wish Mr. Walton was still alive to see how they are running his chain of stores!

Its bad because every time the lines are so long no Manger seems to get off their backside and can call all cashiers to front to open up to get the customers in and out, I worked there years ago with Archie and that didnt happen he was the best Manger I guess because of his military background. You know alot of people dont like self check out because they like to interact with a real person that what we the people pay for. Thanks Linda

Checking out has been a consistently LONG process each time Ive shopped in person in recent months. The lines are always backed way up no matter what time you visit. I recommend using the quick pick online shoppong list and curbside pickup when possible.

BUT WALMART EMPLOYEES ARE SELLING CANS OF LYSOL THAT NEVER MAKE IT TO THE SHELVES!A cashier stalked me as I returned to purchase a second pack of toilet paper and a manager refused to let me complete my purchase. I understand the reason for limits on essential items. But IN REAL LIFE I am a nurse and a caregiver for several family members. This morning was all the free time I had for shopping.

I went checking for something on clearance and found a number of items for low prices. It was a good trip.

Whomever was working the self-checkout on June 11th at 6:50 is one of the most nasty person I ever come across she does not want to be there nor does she want help she is very disrespecful she does answer the custumers she useless and disgusting I hope you can do better on hiring people that will aprriciate what they have not be jalous on what others can buy ill be sure to rate you some more this Walmart deserve 1 star no more

People around town call it the ghetto Wal-Mart for a reason. The majority of the staff I have dealt with are completely rude and act as if me being there is interfering with their life. If you pay attention you can find the staff often times roaming around aimlessly for part of their shift. Management isnt much better, they just have a fancy title.

Worst Walmart in Macon... One its hot in there... Two why would you have garden center open and no cashier... Three customer service is awful...I mean the so called Ghetto of Wal-Mart is on Harrison Rd and they have better service(sometimes they half azz too) ... The store itself was clean, had items available, staff was available for assistance. The only drawback to this Walmart what the entry into and departure from the parking area.
