Brittany was very helpful with the entire process of getting my glasses fitted and ordered. Amber was also an asset to this entire experience with picking the exact frames that I wanted! The doctor was very hospitable during my eye exam. I will definitely be doing future business here. Exceptional service was provided!

I needed to have a nose piece replaced on my glasses and went to LensCrafters. The young lady greeted me as I entered the store and immediately took my glasses when I explained the problem.She replaced the nose piece and adjusted my glasses.The service was excellent and the staff were very professional. There wasn’t a charge for their service.I will definitely return if I need additional service

If I could give less than zero stars for this lenscrafters location, I would. I I have been trying for 3 weeks to reorder contacts from this location and there has always been a problem. Today I was on the phone with a very incompetent associate who couldnt use their system and when I asked to speak with someone else, after 13 minutes of patiently waiting on her to figure it out, I was hung up on. Then when I called back I was advised I could get help elsewhere. So I will. I will no longer be a customer of this location. Absolutely horrible service. Very rude staff. Not helpful at all.

Been here a few times over last 7 years. Today was the last time! Looking for frames. Larger than the stock 55 -52 range which is all they have in stock for every style. OK - I expect to wait on orders for my size. Same Sales Supervisor as in past times. How can I help? - do you have any larger sizes in stock - No. Can you order them? No - we dont order smaller or larger for any style....... so this place only provides customerswith 55-52 frames ... guess whether they fit or not?! Do they provide good service? ......No!.

I was really in desperate need of a quick eye appointment. I called 3 other stores and no one had any availability until May. I was able to book online with LensCrafters in a timely matter. I was reminded of my appointment by a live person two days before going into the office. On my appointment date, everyone was so professional and friendly. They were very attentive to my wants and needs. I did not have to wait very long to be serviced either. I was provided with trial contacts that very same day until mine arrived to me. The selection of glasses was extraordinary. There were many to choose from. I will definitely be returning to the store for future services. I highly recommend this business location for servicing options.

My exam was awesome! Brittany that went over prices for my glass wasn’t nice at all! Like she was trying to rush me! Her personal phone rung, she took the call and walked off! I handed her my license so I wouldn’t have to spell my name for her, got home realize I didn’t have my license. I called back to see if I left them, talked with Brittany. Nasty attitude even on the phone!

They really made me feel assured that they were taking the COVID pandemic and my safety seriously. It was spotless and they were constantly cleaning the eyeglasses and countertops. I thought I would feel restricted in what I could try on but they were so gracious in encouraging me to try on as much as I wanted so that I could get it just right. I hate making extra work for people so I tried to limit my try ons. I suppose Terri picked up on it and began bringing me pairs to try on so I could find the perfect pair. I found the perfect pair and also bought some shades for good measure. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 8yo and this was one of my easiest experiences purchasing glasses. Thanks Terri!

During this pandemic it is all but impossible to get an eye appointment in under 2 months. Lenscrafters was 3 days. Nothing but smiles and personable service. Doc was great and was in and out quickly.

I ordered prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago and they said they would call or text when they came in. I called back 2 weeks later but they were not in and they said they would call or text when they came in. I called back a week later today and they were ready for pickup. They seemed surprised that I had not been contacted. A procedure review seems to be needed.

I used my warranty because of scratches on the lens. The reason for the scratches were due to the anti glare protection. I wanted the replacement lens without anti glare but they said it would have to come with the anti glare Doesn’t make sense the lens without the anti glare would be cheaper

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!! I went in for an eye exam and I have astigmatism in my right eye. The receptionist took my insurance information and told me my exam should be $63 because I have astigmatisms. My copay for ANY exam is $10. After a very dull and uninformative exam where I was told to reschedule for a further test for glaucoma which would be $40, I was “given” a pair of trail contacts with the new prescription and I could not see out of my right eye. I told the doctor and two receptionists that I couldn’t see. The doctor told me that he corrected my vision based on my feedback to the best of his ability. I thought for a second that he was the professional and took the advice. I started to get a very bad gut feeling at this point. The receptionist told me after all was said and done that my balance owed was $105. I paid thinking something wasn’t right but it could be my insurance.. After calling my insurance company, I realized I was extremely overcharged. I called back and the doctor told me I was charged for the trial pair of contacts, the further exam I was not given, and he refused to answer any further questions after I questioned him about charging me for an exam I didn’t get. He told me that by me saying OK when he told me I needed further testing that I was consenting to the charge. He told me he “didn’t have time for this” and hung up in my face. I went back to the location for a refund. They refunded me in full only after I removed the trail pair of contacts and gave back all of the papers they gave me regarding my insurance benefits. The doctor also called me ignorant when I asked him more about what I was charged for and how he charges for trail contacts. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!!

They accept EyeMed insurance. Called and got an appointment the next day, they took me back right away, and I was in and out in no time. The staff was very friendly and helped me through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

LensCrafters customer for 12 years. Recently used the location in Macon, GA at The Shoppes at River Crossing. It was my first time there and my last. Eye exam from arrival to paying and leaving was just a few minutes shy of 3 hours. Due to time I had to return the next day to get my frames fitted and pay to have my lenses ordered. Even though I was very specific with what I wanted and checked with the associate when I was given my total that my order was correct, 7 business days later and another trip back to pickup my glasses, they were wrong, and they will be glad to order what I wanted for more money. Which was no fault of mine. But nothing can be done now, call back tomorrow and talk to manager. Which turned out to be a pleasant conversation and I was led to believe there would be $25.00 knocked off of what I had to pay to get what I wanted. Next day and another trip what do I get, not $25 off of what additional money I had to pay, but a $25 dollar gift card that I cant use towards my new lenses and have to pay $4 to activate it. Then of course another trip to get the lenses in my frames when they arrive. Not again. Will take my business elsewhere next year. Not wanting something for nothing, but when you check twice and are assured you are getting what you ask for and its not your fault they mess up your order you should be compensated somehow. What really angered me was the manager making sure to tell me when I paid the difference to order my new lenses that its what I should have paid to begin with. I was glad to pay it then buddy, its when they drop the ball and cause me to go out of my way that I feel they should have made it right.

When I called to make an appointment I was told that they dont have a doctor and that they havent had a doctor since November. Are you kidding me? How are you still in business without a doctor? Ive had good service here before but Im going to have to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Sometimes on the weekends, they are busy. But the doctor is magnificent, and the quality of service is among the highest Ive seen. They are busy because they are so dependable. I have actually moved away from Macon, but I still go back to this location because I have been so impressed throughout the years.

Hands down THE most pleasant experience Ive ever had with an eye doctor. My past experiences at my local eye doctors resulted in spending over $300 each time, with my insurance, and waiting weeks for my new glasses. I walked out of Lenscrafters yesterday, $125 spent and glasses in-hand. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have used LensCrafters for the past several years in Atlanta, I have found the Dr. Boxer and his staff to be really great and nice. I moved the Middle Georgia area, called to make an appointment and the girl was just rude; she did not want to give me any information. I kept asking questions to get more detailed information. She could have cared less. I have decided to go with a local doctor and getting away from the corporate eye centers. If the person at the front desk cannot even take the time to help me out, what does that say about the doctor. Good luck if you go here.

Dr. Vinh was very nice and did a good job on my exam. I was pleased with what he said and agreed with his prescription he wrote me. The lady (I didnt get her name. She was a licensed obstetrician and did the primary exam for glaucoma and the eye chart) at the front counter was very rude. My appointment was on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon so there was a bunch of people coming in and out. I waited 30 minutes just to get the new patient paperwork even though I had an appointment, which another associate had to get for me. Once I had that filled out, I waited a little longer to begin my exam. At first, she quoted me 2 different prices per my insurance (either $35 or $79), but didnt explain those numbers or how she got them; she was just rushing me into the room to being the pre-exam. After my exam with the doctor, I go to pay and she told me my total was $84. I asked for an explanation because that wasnt what she initially told me and I have never had to pay $84 for an exam. She got very rude and short with me and refused to explain her math and the numbers she was coming up with in her head. I told her to help the customer behind me who was waiting because I wanted to make a phone call to verify that price was correct. I finally just paid and left because I didnt want to argue with her any more. Very unsatisfied

The most unorganized place I have ever seen. There were people n there that had been waiting for more than 2 hours and that was at my appointment time. No one seemed to care that I was there on time for my appointment, just expected me to change my schedule to fit theres. Ill never go back there. Walmart is way better and cheaper

Service at this location is awful. The prices are also ridiculous. They charged $119 for an eye exam because they knew insurance was involved and on top of that another $400+ for glasses. This is crazy. Normally Im able to get glasses for entire family at another eye care provider for that amount. Dont waste your time.

I went in they charged my health insurance when I told them not to because I gave them my eyes insurance. Dr Vinh is a good doctor but stay away from LensCrafters cause the desk workers are rude and nasty to you when you try and get them to do anything for you. Billing both insurance is fraudulent act.

I have been a customer of Lenscrafters for many years. I specifically called the Snellville location to ask if they take VSP and the receptionist said yes. I even asked if they took the 170.00 allowance for frames. When I got there and picked out 2 different frames, a nice man helped me to price them. They did NOT give me the 170.00 allowance. I was not happy. Walked away after I intended to buy glasses that day. The reason I called is that another eye group told me they didnt take VSP 100%. I should have listened. I wasted a long trip out of my way on a busy day.

Wow...I am just in shock. I am long term lenscrafters client for several years. I choose not to go the past year because of poor customer service. I decided to give it another try this year. First off it took several days to get an appointment. No big deal..it happens. However, my appointment was at 2:15. Upon arrival I was told that the doctor was running an hour behind. I simply asked why did you guys not call me and tell me that. I could have showed up an hour from now. The Female Pat was so rude in her response and said we dont call people. I said whoa...a simple phone call could avoid waiting and would be better customer service. She said rudely that if I did not wait the hour my appointment would be cancled. (wow). I just bit my tongue and sat down. I really needed contacts. Pat eventually after waiting got me for the machine tests. She asked me to read the letters and out of habit in my field of work I gave words like alpha tango xray etc. She rudely said that if I cant follow the rules of the tests than I could leave. (wow what is this ladies deal). Ummm....I am sorry mamm I said that out of habot because that is how letters are read in my job. My applogies. Pat just smirked at me. (wow...this is not a good start). So I bit my tongue and kept on with the test. She did not clean the chin and forehead holders. When asked she said she already did. I advised I didnt see her and could she do it again in my presence to avoid germs. She refused rudely and said I could leave if I didnt want to do the test. (starting to fume but keeping my mouth shut). Finished that part and saw Doctor Vinh. Now let me tell you he is great. Always friendly. I advised him what had happened. Dr. Vinh reaponsed I know I hear that lots but she has grandkids so I have to keep her employed. (ummm what). I bit my tongue amd just made my mind up that I should not have given this place a second chance. When done Pat did not tell me my options for insurance amd contacts. She went straight to you owe $109.00 for the exam. Wait...what...my insurance say 10 bucks for eye glasses only and 65 for contacts. She said it was a premium exam. I said I didnt ask for that and you didnt do anything different in years past and sure didnt do anything different than any other eye doctor in town. She refused to explain except that was the cost I owed. I paid it and said I need an itemized detail of cost and she said no. She pointed to my prescription and said that is what I paid for. I then stood there waiting for the next part like order of contacts etc...and she said very rudely you can leave now. Wow...I walked out and said as I did Mamm you are very rude and I will not be returning. Totally ridiculus. No one should be treated like that. No one should be over billed. I have since contacted my insurance ccompany and filed a formal complaint. I will also contact my employer also. I do not recommend ever coming to this business ever.
