I love the quality of their hair. I first purchase my three bundles with them about two years ago and just recently had to buy more hair. The hair I purchase was straight hair and I thought once it was colored the texture would change...But No it Didnt. And it still look fresh out the store. The customer service is great and they are willing to help you as much as they can. Ladys yall rock!!!!!
My order arrived Feb 4 and the owner gave me a 50% discount because of the delay. I waited to write this review until my stylist worked with the hair. It is FABULOUS! All said this could have been a five star experience. But Im giving it three stars because there was such a delay in hearing back from the company.-----------------I ordered hair January 20 and now it is January 31 and my order is still processing. Ive called; left messages; and sent an email. I had an event I was planning to attend and I thought a week was plenty of time to receive my order. I was charged immediately for my hair but after that nothing! No response from the company. I am really disappointed! Hopefully when I do get my order it will be quality hair. Ill update when someone contacts me or when my order arrives.
I have ordered several batches of hair from Vega. I am satisfied with the quality of my hair, the awesome customer service, and the look of the store. I enjoyed doing business with Vega and will continue that same loyalty to Blame Vanity. One time I did received a bad batch, but was given a discount on some new hair. Things like that will keep me coming back for years to come....I highly recommend their hair because of quality and great prices.
This is the best hair. I have been wearing this hair since 2013. The reviews have me lost. I have ordered this hair three times. It lasts me a year. I co-wash it all the time. I strip the oils from it at least three times a year using clarifying shampoo and other substances. I do agree with the posts regarding the time it takes to receive the hair. It used to ship much faster. The first batch I received is still wearable. Do not sleep on this hair. Most hair is higher in price and the quality is not nearly as good as this. Vega Hair Company please work on getting hair out a little faster. This is truly my only complaint.
The hair is good but the customer service isnt the best, Ive left two messages and called about two weeks straight inquiring about the closure I bought, still no answer and no ones returned my call and the business number been going to vm for 2 weeks straight. Not the best experience here
Ive read the previous reviews, and all I can say is maybe I got a good batch because my hair is awesome. Ive ordered from other companies and local store in Macon and Vega is by far the best purchase Ive made. My hair flows in the wind, no tangling, min shedding, etc. The inches are true and Im sure Ill order from them again. Until I get a bad bundle(of which I pray dont happen) Ill be buying from them from now on.p.s Even my stylist recommends Vega!!
Placed an order online over two weeks ago, my order still says processing however I was charged immediately. I am not able to get into contact with anyone because the store is always closed. Ive been a loyal customer for years and hope I will receive an update soon.
I’ve used this company before a few times in the past and never had an issue. However this time I placed an order on July 3, and I’m just receiving it today July 25th, 3 weeks later (almost a month has passed) I’ve been calling every week since I placed the order and was told multiple times that it would be shipping out and still nothing. About 2 weeks ago I was assured for the 3rd time that it was shipped and when I checked the tracking status is stated that only a shipping label had been created and that the item hadn’t even been received and after about a week it still said the same thing. Finally I decided to dispute the order and magically the same day that my dispute was approved, I received an email stating that my item had been received by the USPS and was being shipped out (by the way this was July 22nd when it actually shipped out). I will not be shopping with Blame Vanity again because it was such an inconvenience and a headache. I honestly feel like I wouldn’t have ever received the product if I hadn’t filed a despite. Hopefully this review is useful for others. Order at your own risk!
Bought my girl some hair from here. Customer service was great. I had no idea what I was doing. Staff was very knowledgeable and in the end my girlfriend is super happy with the hair.... And Im out the dog house...lol Thx blame vanity.

I was skeptical at first because of the comments, however, I moved from Florida and lost my hair connect so I was hoping that this place would be great because its local. I purchased Brazilian Wavy. the hair was washed AT Blame Vanity for me but that hair never reverted back to a wave so Im stuck with straight hair and I cant stand straight. On top of it not being a wave, Its knotting up and stiff looking. I always get a nice wave so that I can wash it and wear it until I get in for my 2-3 week hair apt but thats impossible with this hair. Ive had to pay to get my hair done TWICE since the original install because I travel for work and was totally embarrassed by this dry hair.. Both of the hairstylists have said that it does not curl well. its also pretty thin and I only got 12 and 14 inches. definitely subpar to others Ive worn over the years.Update: this place is even worse than I thought. So, Ive been replied to by what seemed like the owner to call the shop and ask for the owners information. I called the store and the person who took the call was eating and smacking in my ear went on to tell me that she isnt allowed to give the owners info out. So to me, it seems like the public response is only for the sake of the viewers who read these reviews. There is no resolution. I gave the store rep who took the call my info and she told me Id receive a call within 24 hrs. Its been 3 weeks
I purchased my hair from blame vanity in 08.2016 and I still have the hair. Its minimum to no shedding and the wefts are great! I died the hair twice and it still would go back to the natural curl pattern. There was no tangling at all! If youre looking for great hair and customer service come to blame vanity. You wont be disappointed!

The worst hair I have ever had ! I bought this hair for my baby shower and had it installed on the 31st of July. It is now August 18th and I have no choice but to take the hair out. I paid over $400 for bundles and a frontal and it shed terribly. The hair was co-washed and taken care of by my stylist and even she commented on the shedding. I feel I have spent way to much money to only wear this hair for a short amount of time. I am highly disappointed. If you choose a new vendor for hair to save money please dont cut corners.
I ordered my hair on January 23, 2016. Its now February 5th and I havent received it yet...if I knew it would take my hair 2+weeks for my hair to to come I wouldnt have never ordered online just continued to go to store since I live in Macon. But since it was a great sale online, I decided to take a chance. Ive called, and wrote an email no callback or reply. Bad customer service. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
I am a fan of great customer service and Vegas hair store is not good at it. I walked into the store two women greeted me but that was it, no one came from behind the counter to help me with questions that I had to make a sale(I was the only customer in the store at this time) I asked about bundle packages one of the girl answers and said you have to go online, she gave me no website or any other information. I was very disappointed, I really was looking forward to buying hair from this place and they ruined a sale from me just by being rude and un knowledgeable of what I was looking for.
I used to love Blame Vanity. I was a regular. The hair is great but customer service is ridiculous as far as ordering offline. I ordered the vanity bundle deal in February and got the hair in March but NO CLOSURE!!!! Emailed them back and she said she’ll send it out first thing the next morning and here it is April and haven’t seen my closure or heard from them. I don’t suggest anybody to order offline. And it sucks they closed the store down. Blame Vanity do better!

Ordered hair online, waited 2 weeks and received nothing.I asked for a refund and didnt receive it. I had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. Wake up black people, you need to do better.
I am on my 3rd install of this hair (Peruvian) and it is still luxurious and tangle free.I have worn it natural and had my stylist curl and press it straight. It is a quality product. I disagree with reviews about sleeping in this hair..lol! What are you supposed to do? Take it off?! I sleep in it, and perform the rest of my life activities without missing a beat. Blame Vanity Has Amazing Gorgeous Hair ! But There Customer Service And Hair Stores Are Horrible. I Went Through So Much To Get My Hair And The Only Reason Why I Dealt With Them Is Because I Knew They Have Great Quality Hair. When I First Went To Buy Some Hair From Them In Their Store They Were Out Of Majority Of Their Lengths And They Gave Me An Option To Order Hair At The Store And It Be Delivered There And I Come Pick It Up Few Days Later. I Went With That And Came Back 4 Days Later And They Told Me The Hair Was Never Ordered ..... They Then Gave Me An Option To Come Back The Next Day And Get The Same Exact Lengths That I Want But A Different Wave Pattern. Me Being Fed Up I Went With It And Came Back The Next Day. When I Recieved The Hair The Next Day I Had Been Given The Wrong Lengths ... And Had To Get A Full Refund. I Then Ordered From There Online Site Myself And 3 Days Later The Hair Is In My Mailbox Correct Lengths And Pattern. I Highly Suggest Ordering From There Online Site Before Stepping Foot In Any Store. But Besides All That Their Hair Is AMAZING AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😘

I ordered some hair online from this company on November 25 2017 and till this day going on a almost a month Dec22 as I write I have gotten nothing!!!! I paid too much money for this package to be as late as it is. I email them constantly till the point I have asked for my money back and STILL waiting for that refund!! I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE TO ANYONE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SORRY COMPANY. The hair that I purchaced has served me well. It didnt have more than average shedding and I was able to use it more than once. The hair itself wasnt hair maintenance either it was given to me in good condition and I dont have to do me than normal haircare procedures to keep it looking and feeling healthy.
Its been a month since I placed my order online and i still havent received my hair! I have called and emailed and no one has responded to me yet. Worst experience ever! True glory hair only takes 3 days to ship, will continue to use them from now on. Waiting for your hair over a month is just rudiculous.

I love the hair, very little shedding and tangling, and it feels incredibly soft. Definitely recommend this hair.
Received some low quality hair. I was told it was Brazilian, but I am not sure. It is tangling, knotting, and very dry looking. I have had the hair installed for less than two weeks. I have washed and conditioned twice hoping to restore the hair. I am following all of the maintenance recommendations and the hair does not meet the standards of Virgin Brazilian hair that costs $60 per bundle.
