I just happen to get great customer service. They had everything I was looking for. Not a lot of people in the store which was great for me.

This isnt my favorite Dollar General store but its location is great for the surrounding community. I usually find some great clearance items here; however, be ready to search. This store is too crowded with stock, which makes shopping a bit difficult.

The customer service was terrible the cashier was rude I had to file a complaint with the corporate office

I found this good smelling candle today, it makes the whole house smells just like cupcakes, its called confetti cupcake try it you will love it.

They have nice reasonable items but needs to practice more in a better job at good housekeeping. 👍🏼

This store is clean and staff are so friendly. Actually, Ive not been in a Dollar General which isnt clean. Good prices and good merchandise.

Theres a worker here and there who could focus less on chatting with their friends and more on their work, but thats anywhere. All in all, I thankful to have this store in my neighborhood. Convenient and reasonably priced.

Good customer service finally in Macon Georgia 4:20 p.m.

This store is in serious need of management. I believe they hire people who walk out on them w/o notice. Just a guess. As about 4 of us were waiting in line at the ONLY register a young man walked up and announced he was closing the store after customers were waited on. He was very nice and calm but I could tell he was agitated. The cashier knew nothing about prices or the specials. I like the convenience EVEN tho Ive heard its subject to being victimized. I have always been friendly and so have the customers but I have to say I havent had a favorable interaction with any employees since first shopping there 2yrs ago. So with some turnaround in the front end of this business they would be in a 4star range. Need at least 2 registers and perhaps security to ease the nerves of some

Is a typical Dollar General. Does not seem to be as quality conscious as the company used to be. Used to have good workers. Not sure what happened. Remodeled the store for safety reasons. Workers changed. Nevertheless, a variety of products are usually available.

Manager had a bad attitude.With a old white lady because he couldnt hear what she was saying. So i stood up for her to relate the message and to let them know to be nice with people.

My favorite thing about Dollar General is that dog treats are incredibly inexpensive compared to the big box store options. My puppy has a respectable selection of goodies that I could not have afforded if I had to buy them at Wally world or pet smart.

Went to the store to purchase Eggnog and it had a horrible taste and didnt not agree with me. Look on the carton and it Expired Dec 2018. Took back to get refund and the manager didnt even seem concern apologize about it being sold. Thats the 2nd time I purchase Expired Food. Not going to be a 3rd.

Cashier let two women break line both with hands full of clothing Beach balls etc .I was told I could not get 40 cash back on my debit card then I was prompted to pick 10-50 dollars n cash back option. I had intended to purchase 3 cartons of cigarettes on separate purchase for spouse but I made another stop at the store next door n paid slightly more .

The staff here is very unprofessional. Employee Shekia was outside talking a few feet from the door dropping the f bomb every other word. Saying she was going to whip a customer butt if she even looked in her direction. Very Ghetto employees trying to start a fight with a customer and using that kind of language. Corporate needs to look into this location.

Napier ave. Location is nasty. Their products are passed expiration date,so check the dates before you buy. Store is dirty. Customer services is okay, really depends on who working. The employees are over worked and paid next to nothing. April Williams ran the location while she was in charge.

Quick and convenient could be more organized. Prices are not clearly visible on some items.

I could not get a reply while asking a cashier where the restroom was located after asking twice a customer finally spoke up and told me where it was.

The stores isles are always very cluttered and very junky. But the prices are very reasonable. I do grab a lot of empty boxes,because people come in the store and steal.

Dont go here, they over charge you. Bill was 66 and they tried to charge us 75! We went online, paid 40 got the phone turned on! Then the girl got mad and was rude because I said No, lets go and call customer service.
