Friendly service. Frozen yogurt was great. Price is a little steep for what you get though.

I have been here many times. I especially like the Italian Ice flavors. It is a nice cold refreshing treat. The Birthday Cake and Cotton Candy Explosion ice cream is also to die for. I would recommend Macon Swirls to anyone who is looking for a sweet treat.

Let me start by saying their CUSTOMER SERVICE was INCREDIBLE!!!! I was sold on this being my favorite ice cream spot before ever tasting anything just on the customer service alone. The banana pudding ice cream was DELICIOUS!!! Everything we ordered was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!!!!

Ice cream is good but drove there after it said online that they were open, when I arrived it was closed even though their hours posted at the storefront said they should have been open. Will think twice about going out of my way to go there again.

Absolutely enjoy this place. I am addicted. I pretty much go every week. It is family friendly. And the owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet. The prices arent ridiculous and unaffordable. You also have a variety of things you can choose from. Such as, (scooped) Ice cream, galoto, and Italian ice. So many options for people who are lactose intolerance. You should most definitely check out this little piece of heaven.

My wife was craving a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and they were out of milk. Instead if telling me it couldnt be done, they sent someone to the store just to get milk for our milkshakes! Definitely and friendly service, even when running to the store, and amazing tasty shakes! They have call in orders and curbside take out as well so you never have to leave the car! Recommend to everyone in Macon

I had never gone here until this night. Several of our friends and family all went here after our sons basketball game. I was surprised that they had several non dairy, nut and gluten free options. It was family friendly and had a good selection of flavors and toppings.

My fiance and I came here on a date and had such a pleasant experience. We were greeted by the owners daughter. She helped us pick out our froyo and was polite and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the added fact that our spoons changed color with temperature. The owner of this establishment seems to be focused on making sure the customers have a fun experience. I would suggest this business to everyone.

Amazing woman working behind the counter. I went in with my 3 kids (who were all super excited for ice cream because it’s a rare treat). She helped them put the toppings on their treats while I got ice cream for myself and their dad. She was just so helpful the whole time. They had a broad range of flavors and mine tasted delicious! All of the kids loved theirs too! The store was spotless and fresh, and they had plenty of seating and even little kids tables. Too cute! Can’t wait to go back!! (:

I loved this place! The frozen treats have a ton of variety and endless options for toppings! I wasnt sure what I wanted, so the helpful and friendly staff walked me through the different options, offered suggestions, and FREE SAMPLES! I ordered the vanilla/ chocolate swirl with, chocolate syrup, caramel, M&M candies, Recess Pieces, and gummy bears!

The family that runs it is really nice. They charge a flat fee by cup size which is great for my 9 yo that loves to load up on toppings. The tropic cooler is my new favorite treat! 😊

I liked it. My only problem was the little girls touching my samples. I would of like to get it myself. When I saw that she was in charge of the cups and just picked a flavor and made my purchase.

My favorite high school job was at an ice cream parlor on the beach. Doesnt get much better right? But it made me an ice cream snob. I can give Macon swirls an easy five stars just on their super high quality scoop ice cream alone (the banana pudding blew my mind). But then theres the customer service. Its owner operated and trust me, when you meet Angie youll understand what I mean when I say shes a treasure.

I absolutely love Macon Swirls. Amazing service and ice cream. Not done by weight either so its one flat price for each size. They do nice offers (get a free color changing bowl by just checking into Facebook) and its always with a smile.

They dont let you get your own samples; someone will stand with you and put the sample into the sample cups for you, and it makes you feel pressured to not try their flavors. The experience is very uncomfortable.

I am not from this area, so whenever I am on my way back home, stopping at Macon swirls is a must! Very friendly staff. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Listen, they are clean and well run. they also have many things to offer but. it is very frustrating and annoying to not be allowed to make your own samples.. i am a very big clean freak and i asked to make a sample and one of the little girls scooted in front of me to do it for me. it has nothing to do against her but this has happened more than once to my friends and i. this is why we have not come back. i bet some people might like someone to give a helping hand !! but when youre having a bad day, in a rush, or just want to do something on your own, things like that are a bit much. i think itd be beneficial for the business to let the girls help and give advice on what to get. also offer to get the samples but if someone doesnt want them to get it, then the customers can get their own.
