Absolutely best ice cream in Georgia!!! The handmade ice cream SLAPS EVERY TIME! Every combination I have tried never ceases to amaze me. The staff??? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Best staff I’ve encountered at any creamery I’ve visited in Georgia. 50/10 stars. I drive any distance to be sure to get myself one Macon Marble Slab ice cream.

We go there 2-3 times a month. Emily the manager is the best. She treats everyone great. I have noticed how much the rest of the staff rotates but I understand they are usually the bad ones. Store is always nice and clean. Love that place. Love me some Butter Pecan.

My son absolutely loves their banana splits! The staff is always super friendly and always quick. Management is A1!! They also keep a clean store which is super important, especially nowadays. You could go multiple times a week and always get something different with the variety of toppings they have. If we ever want icecream, this is where we go

Found this place by accident. The associate was a little overwhelmed, but still quick and professional. Our milkshakes tasted amazing. I will definitely go back in the future to try more from their unique menu.

Ice cream was good. Environment leaves room for improvement. Was sitting with my daughter and a friend. 4 teenagers were just sitting there at a table. One if them comes up and asks me to buy them all ice cream. Dont know why the employees let them hang around. If they arent customers, not obligated to let them sit there inside disturbing paying customers.

I came to Macon Georgia to celebrate my daughters birthday with her, I came to buy a cake but the two lazy workers refused to write Happy Birthday to my twin daughters. They might have great cakes, but they have no hospitality or drive. Have a good day Bevis & Butthead.

This ice cream is wonderful, I bring my family on a weekly basics. We all try the brownie one, ice cream was good the brownie was not.Need to change the brownie receipt. It was hard like a rock.Next time I’ll try ice cream with other combination.

Went this weekend and the girl behind the ice cream counter was basically whispering when speaking to me and would get annoyed when i couldn’t hear what she said. i ordered a sundae with reeses she swiped my ice cream off the scoop with her ungloved finger and took the reeses cup out of the wrapper without gloves as well. when she was finishing my sundae she asked if i wanted peanuts on top and when i said yes she said “HA if we have any” and gave me the last remnants of peanuts . the ice cream was good but she was horrible and i don’t think i’ll be back

I came here for a door dash order when I walked in it was 3 people in front of me .I went to register to tel them about the door dash they said they haven’t started it yet and they have to get the line done first I understood the people who came before me . But that Is unfair how people are steady coming in and they still haven’t started the order they order people come in is how the ordered should be made . This is horrible ! I will not be bringing my personal business back neither am I accepting any more doordashes here ! You shouldn’t sign up for something you can handle . Very disappointed!Update: Manager apologized and explained to me that it’s just a busy night and offered a free cone . I will be returning staff was very nice after the fact of waiting 30 minutes for the order to start

My banana split was very sad... not much on it . The employees spoke very very soft . I had to keep asking them to repeat what they said . And the parking lot was a mess. Kids all over.

The ice cream is very good but over priced. $36.00 for two small ice cream for the kids, a Sunday and a milkshake. The rainbow sprinkles were very old and hard.

Great place for more than just your regular ice cream. Big variety of toppings and mix-ins available as well as ice cream cakes and milk shakes. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to sample different flavors before we chose our treat. They also did a great job of explaining their reward program. Ended up getting the black walnut ice cream with caramel and pecans mixed in and a sprinkle cone on top 😊🍦

Very nice and clean. I ordered a fudge brownie sundae but the brownie was so hard my spoon wouldnt cut into it. But the ice cream was good.

Real good ice cream. Lots of options with numerous selections. And the flavor is sooooo just right and cant be bought elsewhere. Their cakes are to good to share. The shakes are so lip smacking, you end up not being able to put it down and finish it within minutes suffering from a brain freeze. Must try when your close by.

I didnt go to Marble Slab Creamery, I went next door to Macon Pizza Company. It was wonderful. Food was delicious and the manager, owner was very personable.

This ice cream is always delicious, add all the toppings you want. But this time the waffle cone was very dark, almost burnt. It was like a dark waffle. Not my favorite.

The ice cream is Great and Takiesha was GREAT! She was working hard tonight to get all orders while her coworker skipped over my husbands order to go sample the ice cream, play on her phone, and flirt with her boyfriend that came in. Thats the only reason Im giving a 4 instead of 5 stars.

Terrible experience my ice cream was completely melted when handed to me in my waffle cone and when I didnt accept it like that the worker put the ice cream side down in a cup and handed it back to me. When I asked if they could refreeze the ice cream they told me I could take it home and put it in the freezer.

So, so yummy! And the atmosphere (especially the music) is wonderful.

Drove 15 minutes for my first Macon marble slab experience, walk in and we are deciding what we want- go to order and then they tell us the marble slab is broken but they can put toppings on top.... isnt the whole point of marble slab THE marble slab? We left. Wont be back.Did appreciate them informing the next people coming in after us that the marble slab was broken But allowing us to stand there making making our decisions and then telling us.

Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. ive had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. this place has a cool atmosphere. kinda of like a restaurant in los angeles i liked to visit.

Really awesome flavors, excellent service. A little on the pricey side, but it has an extensive range of customizations, like unliminited add-ins for no extra charge and a free waffle cone. definitely worth the cost. would recommend for casual outings or for a quick ice cream trip.

I know it has been a while since we last been there, and I was recently reminded why I did not come here in a while... My Kids.... lol. They could not eat all that icecream! It was so delicious I hated to see them throw it away. I had a specialty icecream that was mixed with a brownie, and sprinkles and you know I had to get the waffle cone dipped in sprinkles. Oh and fun fact: Did you know they make their own waffle cones in the shop! Nothing out of a box they have the waffle irons lined by the wall. Hope you enjoyed my review.... So online the closing hours say 10pm on Sunday.. We walk in only to be told that they close at 9pm seriously should consider updating your hours of operation. The staff was very rude about it also..

Used to love this place, but something changed, not sure if it was management or what. The ice cream is still good but the atmosphere is severely lacking. Plus, theyve begun playing religious music for some reason.

The owner was very rude and bitchy to my mom. She broke her ice cream cone and didn’t start over. She just got two cones and stack them together with no gloves. She over charged my brother and added an item we didn’t even order.
