This is the best storage facility I have come across they work with u and have Wonderful customer service. Mrs. Elizabeth is awesome she really does go above and beyond to help her customers and really helps make this business such a great place thumbs 👍

They will throw your things away even if you are paid up just because of a price of trash that flew out you didnt see to pick up!

I am a current user of Mercer Storage, although I live in Michigan. It puts my mind at ease to know even though Im hundreds of miles away my belongings are being watched and cared for. The staff are very courteous and friendly, and if I cant make my payment through my bank right away I know I can call Erica (who knows me by face and by name) and have my payment taken over the phone. So easy! Definitely glad my friend recommended your storage unit.

You pretty much go there and pick up or drop off whatever you need. The fees are reasonable at about $120.00 a month.

I am a traveling nurse. We have items at Mercer Storage. This is the first time we have stored anything. Folks at Mercer Storage are the best. They are very understanding along with being very helpful. Sometimes being on the road we dont get our payment on time but an email to them gets things done. Yes we have to pay late charges but thats to be expected. I cant imagine storing my things anywhere but Mercer Storage. Besides its easy 24 hour access when heading to Florida when you come through Macon right off 75 headed to Fla. Just minutes off interstate 75S or 475. Thanks Mercer Storage
