I wish I could say that I was writing a review about the table I ordered back in May, but after 6 months of missed deadlines and zero communication (without me asking where are we) I finally cancelled my order. I understand that business is booming for these guys but be honest...if you cant deliver or meet a deadline...let a customer know so they can look elsewhere. This would be a 1-star review for customer service and ?-star for product...just put 3-stars to give the product the benefit of doubt.

Overall great experience buying my double green egg table from Dana. I can’t be happier. Excellent craftsmanship. He added many custom features at a great price including LED lights. It’s so cool😎😎I highly recommend Wood by Dana. You will not be disappointed. Tim

I found Wood by Dana online and reviewed all of the pictures of the beautiful tables they had made but I wanted something a little different. I contacted Wood by Dana to see if they could build me a custom table that was just a little bit different from the ones they had advertised on the website. The answer from Dana was absolutely! I have 2 XL Big Green Eggs and wanted them to be in the center of the table next to each other because of where I planned to set the table up on my lanai. Dana got to work and built a beautiful table, delivered it to me in Florida and I absolutely love it. It has plenty of storage for charcoal, utensils, platesetters, and more. The best thing is how it looks, it truly is a work of art. I strongly recommend that you purchase your table from Wood by Dana!

Terrible stain / weather sealing job. Dana assured me he “triple dips” or some such garbage, but my table looked awful and began to obviously warp after spending less than a year on my deck, covered by a roof overhang. Dana didn’t care, and assured me that he’s comfortable standing behind this shoddy standard of work. Wouldn’t buy another table from him if the grill came free.Nice reply below from the curmudgeonly proprietor. A weather sealed deck can sit outside for a couple years without mildewing and warping. I don’t believe you delivered the product you told me you did.Follow up: “haven’t talked since he bought the table...” is such garbage. We had a long text exchange; I sent pictures of the rubbish table; you put all the blame on me without even considering that you didn’t deliver the product you promised. I guess there’s a reason your tables are inexpensive — they’re also cheap.

Great experience and friendly customer service. Just got my blaze 32in put in and already had the kamado joe in. Thank you dana for sending me the broken drawer so quickly as well. I still havent forgotten to send you pictures of the finished product with the propane in the drawer.

The table is ok and the build quality is ok too. The cutting board I paid extra for warped and cracked in a few months (table always covered w/ BGE cover when not in use. Sent owner an email that was never responded to.After 1 year of use (again, always covered when not in use) the double Thompson Water Seal we paid extra for gave up and the table looked beat. Ive has to re-sand, stain and poly it. It looks ok now, but this guy should figure out how to adequately finish his products. Thompsons isnt all that good, despite his claim that its the best. Id have sent a note to him but doubt a reply unless its to this review. Would not buy from him again like others have said.
