This place treated me horrible and I dont have any respect for these people, very unpleasant experience and I will definitely not be getting anything else from them ever

Got my new living room and television with entertainment center they were great! Especially Lisa she explained to me everything with detail and helped me with any questions I had. Had an issue with the television and they came right away and helped me with my needs. I would definitely recommend. Plan on doing more business with them in the future!

Horrible customer service. All the employees treat their customers horrible and they steal money from you too. They refuse to take things back and even blamed me for “breaking” something when they were the last people to touch it and I took really good care of it. Treated my dad horrible when he had just gotten out of work. Just horrible over all do NOT recommend buying here!!

Great customer service. Magda is so nice and the delivery guy Eric is awesome! As long as you get something and pay it off within the six months same as cash option, you don’t have to pay the huge interest and rental fees. Very convenient.

Spent ALOT of money here. I wouldnt again because of the manager. Had to get the regional manager involved. One of the defective units I bought from them almost burned my house down with 3 children inside & they tried telling me it was my fault. Installers scratched my hardwood floors. Same day delivery.. ha.. took over a week. Payed everything off just to not deal with these ppl again.

The manager and employees are all professional. These bad reviews must of been when different people worked there. I paid off acouple items with rent a center and plan on doing business with them more in the future.

I wouldnt waste my money by going here. You might as well save up the rental payments for awhile and then go purchase what you need outright. Not only are you being ripped off by renting from here, but you also dont get much of a selection and the quality is poor.

I shall start by saying although, they are a bit pricey and interest should kick in 12 months.....but i love my furniture and it is convent for people who have not the means to pay full price up front.....the payment plans work out great...A s far as the customer service it is behond excellents, there greeting as soon as you walk in .the are always welcoming and have a smile .despite what a normal person has going on in there personal life thease employees never show it .they put there customers first and have respect...and you kinda build a relationship especially if of course your maling you regular payment and they will work with you ......give you deals. Take care of you the best they can ....as for the bad customer service and saying you would never go there .im sure they had a reason for whitch youbfeel that way .but i can asure you it was more then likey somone not maling a payment and getting there stuff repod and your just upset because youve waisted money .sorry not there fault keep up the good work rac.......🙋

Worst customer service ever a bunch of young people that dont know anything about the furniture theyre renting out all they say is give me a couple hours to find out what u need to know. Waited till 10pm for couches to be delivered called 4 times kept saying theyre on their way now its next day and different couches will be delivered because they failed to realize they werent ready
