Home Depot owes me at least $300 from their inventory ... Just using Simple Mathematics ... Before we started using Common Corp Math. (Dumbed Down Math)How did I arrive at this $$$ amount?Its pretty easy actually.I pay for each GB of data that I use through my tablet and phone. Since Home Depot uses a very large percentage of my online data, running their ads ... (and its not as though I am unaware that Home Depot exists) ... they are stealing the data that I purchase, to spread their propaganda and promote themselves, at my expense.Therefore ... (and they are not the only corporation that does this) ... Im reviewing all corporations who steal our data and our money ... And asking for all of them to compensate YouTube, Google, and Facebook users accordingly.I have no doubt that I will get hate comments ... I have no doubt that I will get a few supporting comments. Do what you want to do.Myself, I dont want a corporation that has one if the top 7, brand recognition names in the United States, constantly harassing me and stealing from me, for their benefit, without asking for them to return some of what they gave taken from me.See ... Its like this ...* I go online to watch news that is just news ... Not propaganda.* I use search engines, to find data and information.* I but movies (on top of my data purchase) to watch anything other than what the Network Nazis want to force me to view & believe.Since its My Data that I Pay For ... I think that I should have control over what I see and what I decide not to see.Agree with me and contact the Corporations who are stealing from you, and try to recover some of your losses ... Or ... Side with the theft and Corporate America, and let them charge you to watch their advertising.I dont care what choice you make.But I know what choice Im making.

This place is like our Disneyland! Home Depot we are happy as H, E, double hockey sticks (LL)there! This last visit we got the necessary items in order for us to properly clean our butts after we drop a load or two. The girls were pretty embarrassed while we were there at the items we were getting but I explain to them would you rather clean your muddy hand with a dry piece of toilet paper or would you rather wash it off with some water? That muddy hand that’s cleaned off with a dry piece of toilet paper is what your butt has been all these years. We’re on a mission to clean Americans butts.

This home depot is very stacked and inventoried, I also like how everything is well organized and when you go to the online site it helps you find everything easy in every isle and bay

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years and customer service was great until my last two visits. First rented a carpet cleaner and was charged a cleaning fee even after I cleaned it as I usually do. It wasn’t my first time renting and the manager said “I know sometimes our guy employees don’t charge cleaning fee” which was completely out of place. Second time was purchasing paint for my kitchen and I asked for assistance regarding the right color (which one would be brighter/darker) and the girl assisting me had a horrible attitude and treated me like if I was stupid. Of course I don’t know much about paint that is why I was asking for help! There is no need to treat customers this way.

I spent a few hours at the madera location recently. I purchased a fair amount of items that needed to be loaded which a really nice kid did so good and he was really friendly. My only critique? I should have purchased my wood bark at the competition... Otherwise the girl at the register AND most importantly the young lad who assisted me will bring me back...

Good visit and the employee that helped me was well trained and very professional.

This Home Depot seemed unorganized, and not very energetic. Couldnt find a pipe cutter person, because he was on lunch. If you have someone working his/ her department, they should know how to work the equipment. I would say the service was fair

He’s the best there is as Store Managers he really is dedicated to the store he’s family oriented he has a great heart and just because he’s manager he actually works he’s a great role model as a store manager he rocks! This is my honest opinion and I am pleased and honored that I was able to meet him!

Home depot is a store that has great customer service, I always find what I need. And makes my bestfriend happy 😁

The main issue this Home Depot has is its lack of associates to help with paint mixing. We always have to wait for a long time and I have to walk to the front to get someone to page an associate to the paint department. Would be much easier if they would install a button to push in order to call for help.

Love this place I got magic eraser yesterday for 1.88 for a 9 pack. Of easer.

Bad service and poor customer service ! I ordered a refrigerator nov 2020 it’s February 2021 and I have not got 1 call notifying me it will not be here that day ! My delivery date has changed 4 different times ! Every time I call it’s excuses and lies as to why my order hasn’t been delivered always blaming Samsung when I ordered my item thru Home Depot they should be responsible for getting my appliance to me on the deliverey day they gave me 4 separate times ! I’ve not only wasted my time calling in so many times I was actually told to go in stores for my refund and when I go in store I’m told they can not refund my money until 24-72 hours ive been paying interest on an item I don’t have ! I finally cancelled my order today I waited over 3 months, drove to the store 3 separate times to try to have this sorted out and now I’m told I will not be elegible for compensation because I’m cancelling my order so I waisted my time & money because I’ve been paying interest ! I’m calling customer care tommorow morning ! I should get every penny refunded that I paid fully months ago and including interest I paid on an order I never received .

Trying to get an associate to help you there was 3 of them & a manager all passing the buck on who was going to come to my isle to help me. Finally after 23 minutes I walked out pass the same manager trying to still get an associate to come unlock a chainsaw for me. I just left I wont be returning anytime soon. Waste of peoples time & energy.

Honestly if your looking for good customer service this isnt the place. I had to wait over 20 minutes on the phone just to get transferred back and forth until I just hung up, called for a simple price inquiry too. Went in to shop just recently twice in 2 days and literally couldnt find no one to ask a simple question as well and if your lucky to find someone theyll say Im sorry its not my department. They obviously have everything you need tool and hardware wise but awful customer service. I just always go with the intent of getting what I need and just go to self checkout to save me a headache of having to deal with everyone there. There was only 2 workers there that were nice and friendly. Mauricio from the Madera store who works in hardware and a nice older woman in garden. Other than that wouldnt really recommend it unless you really have no choice.

Everytime I go there to get wood and I need to have it cut I have to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes to get help and thats me looking for help

Did an on-line order of 80 cases of tile, had to wait 30 minutes before they brought out 52 cases . Came back for the other 28 cases and waithed for about 20 minutes . I took one case back from the first pallet because it had a broken tile, as they were loading the 2nd load, I noticed another broken tile. I let them know about it and asked if I could exchange them. She told me that they didnt have anymore. I told her that on line it said they had 87 cases and I only bought 80. I asked if I could exchange it at the Fresno store, said said, you should as long as I have the receipt. I have to go and buy 28 more cases anyway, so hopefully they can exchange them. This will be my last purchase from Home Depot. Everything else I need for the tile job will not be from here.

This store completely ignores social distancing guidelines. Employees not wearing masks, and when I asked if I could have a register employee who wears a mask, my requests were denied, with them saying that it was no biggie.And this on the day our country reached 100,000 deaths.

Absolutely terrible customer service.I called in twice beforehand to make sure I could make a return and was given the wrong information. had the return item at the service desk counter and the people working it were super rude about it. they even called about five different employees to try and intimidate us. very rude and completely unwelcoming. will never be shopping at this Home Depot location again.
