I had two great visits. My first visit was with Luis & he was great. He was very well informed of everything I needed to know. He definitely made my visit worth while.My second visit was just as great & it was with Rueben. He help me activate my phone. He was so patience with me but especially patience with my mother. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! If you have time do yourself a favor and drive to a different location! Im extremely frustrated with the management i took 5 trips to the store and many phone calls for them to try to fix a problem THEY caused. The second time i went by Jasmine M. Helped us and that was a fresh of breath air she was so kind and answered all of our questions i was told i was gonna get a call back from the manager named zoua and never did. After several attempts to speak to zoua who has been very helpless till this day. I expressed my concerns and nothing has been done about it. I was told by a MANAGER named Romelia i couldn’t transferred existing att numbers to my account, that i had to add 2 random unnecessary lines that i didnt need and she was aware of that. It made no sense to me so i took it upon my self to go to a different location and ask if that was a thing to witch i was told that was false information. This has happened twice in the exact location the first time they did the same thing with a tablet i got my son they added the tablet to a whole new line that they created so i was charged for two lines a i never got my money back . Those people are really eager to get those bonuses that they will do anything and think they will get away with it.

Had a great experience with karina! She helped us save more money on our monthly bill by switching us to an even better plan. She was very professional. Explained all our options thoroughly and it really helped that she is bilingual. Would definitely recommend her for any services at the Madera location.
