Clean store and fast friendly service

Came to this business on a sunday to activate a phone. Paid $15 activation fee+ line $40. Lady was having trouble with the 4g on the phone could only text and talk. She told me owner told her to have me come in Monday so he can personally fix it because he knows more. I went Monday, place is CLOSED. Called and called because it was within normal business hours 10-8. NO ANSWER. They text me that place is closed until wednesday due to family emergency. Even though he Text we will reimburse you Wenesday. I did not want my money back, i wanted my phone fixed. Showed up wednesday hoping the owner would be there to help me get my phone fixed. Same lady from Sunday was there to help me . All she could help me with is a giving my money back, i w asked if she could ask the owner about helping fix my phone not give my money back. they both insisted to refuse service and give me my money back so ofcousre im unhappy with their service and asked if this is how they treat people at their store. She called me disrespectful and told me I WAS LUCKY SHE WAS AT WORK RIGHT NOW. I was in shock at their customer service. They probably do this to people all the time, i wouldnt waste my time iwth this place if i were you. A favor from her would have been to let me know since sunday my phone was unable to get 4g and let me take my business elsewhere!

My brother gave me a phone from here as a gift then the phone ended up getting blacklisted they weren’t much help .

Look it up on google maps. Ok there it appeared open. So I went on foot. It is relatively close. When I get closed. Is it so difficult to put your schedules on google maps? Okay. Im back and looking for someone who works. There and I find it. I ask for a quote for a change of screen of my cel. Very kind Miss said yes of course. What model is it? I already told him and he tells me that they only repair iPhone ... whats up with this? They are all phones! But it is clear that they do not need the work x what I see. Luck! Bad service.
