The workers are very rude, today me and my sister in law were in the store she has 2 kids and I have 2 kids all in the age range of 6 months to 3 years old. We were shopping and getting all of our products spending a good amount of time doing so and as we got to the cash register we were told they werent accepting 100 bills because the manager was on lunch as she was standing in the line behind us buying items ! I didnt understand why they wouldnt accept the 100 and she said because her manager was on break and needed to check it so I said if shes right there why cant she check it and then she proceeded to say she was gonna step outside and stepped outside with her boyfriend and talked for 2 minutes and then as we left she continued inside. Very unprofessional and I feel like they just wanted to be rude and over powering. The whole way that we walked out of the store we were stared down.

The place need to be more organized n clean, employees can be more kind, they have no manners or customer service, I will never go back Ive given them enough times No more .. I didnt even get my receipt I spent $79.00 I do love DT, Just not this location !

This place has the worst customer service. I called and asked if they had icy hot and the lady over the phone told me she “thinks there is but she’s not sure”. Before she got another word out of me she starts raising her voice and telling me. “Yeah I’m not going to the isle. I can’t go over there today. I don’t have time to go and see if we do or don’t have it. So I’m not going to the isle to check”. My GF is in the back yelling in pain and I’m panicked because I already don’t know what’s going on with her and I have this lady telling me she can’t check or have someone check and I live about 5 miles away. I couldn’t leave my GF like that to go see if they had it. Save your time and go to the one on Cleveland. Never coming here again. Bye to a great customer.😩

Not the best location. But today my daughter was having her school recital, and it so happens that my 9 month old drenches her socks in water, with only 30 minutes left to her recital to start I head over to the dollar tree. I go in and I start to panic because I think that their isnt anymore Christmas socks. So I ended up asking one of the workers In their. She then goes above and beyond to find them. Turns out they had a few left, so I purchased the red ones. I appreciated the workers that helped me get what I needed just in time for my daughters recital.

I like this store, its clean, all merchandise is on the shelves, not strewn across the floors...staff very polite & helpful. I definitely will continue to go to this store.
