Bought a dishwasher on their website, scheduled a delivery/installation date, so far so good. Because of all the supply chain problems, I called the store & asked a salesman if they indeed had the unit in stock, & he said yes.On the morning of the delivery, the contractor who was supposed to deliver & install it called me & told me he went to the store to pick it up - and they didnt have it. The salesperson explained that it was probably an error in their inventory, & offered to sell me either a floor model or a different model (more expensive, of course). I said no thanks, just refund my money. They agreed.A week passed & I had still not gotten the refund. So I called back, & the salesperson said they just needed the 3-digit security code to my credit card in order to process the refund. Of course, they could have called me at any point to tell me that - but they were happy to keep my money until I called them.This reminds me of how some of the old department stores like Sears used to operate in the 1970s: not exactly trying to rip you off, but they take your money first and worry about the rest later. Not a good business model in this day and age.
We worked with Dave at the east side location. First we spent about an hour in the store looking at the variety of appliances. He gave us the model numbers of our favorites so we could look them up on their website. This allowed us to take a few weeks to research Consumer Reports and to spend time measuring our new space accurately. Once we made our final decisions, we went back to the store and placed our order with Dave (refrigerator, range, microwave w/exhaust fan, and dishwasher). A few days later, we received our first delivery: Our new range. We were able to track the delivery truck online and knew when to expect them. They removed and hauled away the old range and installed & leveled the new one. We love it! The rest of our items are expected within the next few weeks. All with free delivery! So far we are very pleased with both the service and products from Brothers Main.
If I could go lower than one star I WOULD. The salesman that I purchased three kitchen aid appliances from at Brothers Main assured me that I would receive a rebate on all three appliances, and not to worry about the December deadline as manufacturing during the pandemic was limiting on the number of products that were being produced. Since the last appliance arrived in January, I have had no luck in receiving the rebate for the three appliances. I called kitchen aid customer service regarding my rebate and they informed me that brothers main was not sanctioned nor qualified to offer that rebate. After finding that out I called and spoke with the salesman at Brothers main and informed him on the new information, and he hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never shop at Brothers main Appliance again.
The delivery men today did a fantastic job in delivering a refrigerator to the third floor of an Madison Isthmus apartment. Two other deliveries failed as those delivery men refused to go the extra mile. The gentle men today got the job done. The Tennent will use the GE Refrigerator for a while before I comment on it. The Brothers Main sales people were great to work with and I have worked with a lot of sales people over the decades.
We have now ordered two appliances from Brothers Main - great service and experience. Delivery and installation was fast and efficient. It is great to support a local business too! I have found that their prices are very competitive with the big box stores. Totally recommend!

As the construction details have kept me hopping, I didnt have time to go look at appliances for our kitchen at HQ! Weve been buying from Brothers Main since the 1990s. From full-house appliance purchases to incidental replacements, they give fast, professional service with no-nonsense answers. Their text messaging service is handy for quick questions. Their website has a lot of great information to help with selection and, most importantly, their sales and customer service staff are knowledgeable and prompt. I have no idea if they have the lowest price. I do know they have competitive prices and their sales and delivery service is excellent.
I did not want to wait 6-8 weeks for a new refrigerator and after looking two other stores, found exactly what I was looking for — in stock —at the Brothers Main. It was a reasonable price and delivered three days later. Most of the transaction was done online and via text and it worked out great. I chose to go into the store to look at it but it wasn’t really necessary. All staff very responsive and helpful. Delivery went super smoothly and it is working well. Very happy!
The sales person I worked with was pleasant and helpful. The store did not ultimately have exactly what I was looking for, but nonetheless the sales person tried to help, tried to find something that would work. Given the horrific interactions I had later the same day with sales people at Best Buy (literally said the words “men make the money and women spend it” to me, a woman and not that it matters, but the “breadwinner” in my household) and Grand Appliance “people with old houses don’t remodel” real quick, untrue and that statement is idiotic) I wanted to give a positive call out to Brothers Main.
I was fortunate to have Brad Dennis help me with my Mission Impossible purchase of a microwave and refrigerator. He is an amazing sales person and I highly recommend getting in contact with him for your appliance needs. The delivery guys Mike and Deavon did an outstanding job of putting the finishing touches on my purchase. They were knowledgeable, careful and patient. All three gentlemen represented Brothers Main to help my appliance purchase be a positive experience.
I ordered a dishwasher from Brother’s Main but on the day of my install, I was informed they had lost it in the warehouse. I have been asking for a refund for 2 straight days now but it seems they are “too busy with customers”. I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
They are usually busy and there is a wait to get help but that leaves time to all around and see what is available. Today, nothing had a price on it. Not sure what’s up with that. Curt is very nice and was super helpful finding what we asked for.
We needed a new refrigerator because ours stopped working. Dave was a great salesman and was not pushy. We were able to have a shiny new unit delivered 4 days later. The delivery team took our old fridge and were able to install the new fridge despite challenges in our older home.
Overall was a good experience. Dave Wipp was personable and made buying our new stove an easy and smooth transaction. We ordered a unit we had second thoughts on and were able to revise our order without issues. From walking in to delivery and installation all was good. Would recommend Brothers Main Appliance and TV for sure!
Buyer beware. Do not do business with these people. I bought a brand new Kitchenaid dishwasher for $1000. It died in ten days. Since then, nearly two months later, I have gotten nothing from Brothers Main besides broken promises, lies, and the run around. Buyer beware. These people will take your money and then do absolutely for you.

We had a great experience with free delivery of our washer and dryer. They were very timely and I loved that they were able to lock us in at a price when we got a quote so we didn’t have to worry about a “special offer” that was going to be gone by tomorrow or some sales scam. BUYER BEWAREPlease do thorough research prior to purchasing an LG Refrigerator to ensure there is more than one certified/authorized repair center in your area who can do Warranty work, particularly if you are considering the Extended Warranty.I purchased the top of the line (at the time) LG Refrigerator 4 years ago, along with the Extended Warranty. It has completely stopped working (not cooling, not freezing, not making ice and lights are out in the drawer). There is only one authorized/certified LG service center in my area and they rejected the Warranty Repair.I contacted the Appliance Store where it was purchased from to see if they had suggestions, and was told by a Sales Associate they never offer up the LG or Samsung refrigerators, because they stop working after a short time. It would have been nice knowing this before we purchased.Now, here we are, on our own, trying to figure out how to get this $3,000.00 appliance fixed. The Extended Warranty Company, Warrant Tech, is of no help as well as LG Electronics. We’re left without promised return phone calls. In fact I was told by LG Electronics not to call them anymore, to wait until I hear from them.In the meantime, here we are at the Christmas holiday and all the food I’d purchased for our family dinners is spoiling.Good Luck to all

Really pleasant experience. I ordered a dryer online and had it delivered and installed in less than a week. The model I wanted was out of stock but I was offered a similar model at a discount which I accepted and the transaction was seamless. Installation was quick and easy, and everyone I worked with was very friendly and courteous.
I found exactly what I was looking for here - without even knowing that it was possible! I was in search of a new refrigerator and was told by a competing local chain that only one model would be an option. Christi was amazing by listening to my concerns and desires, never getting frustrated by my questions, and was highly knowledgeable. She found me my new fridge that I didnt even know was out there, as well as a reasonable price and delivery date amidst Covid-19 backlogs. Im glad I shopped local and chose Brothers Main!
I really wanted to support this local business over Home Depot, but they’ve lost me - it has been impossible to reach them. I suppose they prefer in-store shoppers as opposed to online or over the phone, because they rarely answer the phone and I’ve been told someone would get back to me multiple times with no response. The salesman was very nice but I’m not going to buy something if you don’t call me back or answer the phone.
This review pertains to the east side store. First, I dont recommend ordering online. I had to call the store a few days later because nobody called me about the online order, nor did I receive any type of receipt, like the email stated they would.Salesman Dave placed my order, and delivery was set for the end of November (4 + weeks out). We chose delivery and removal of the old appliance. Upon delivery, the men broke a part on the new dryer when installing—making it inoperable. Then they went to put back our old one (it was still in working condition) and broke that one in the same spot. The delivery men were very rude and unprofessional. This dryer is used in a medical clinic, where loads of clothes are dried all day long. This was unacceptable! I talked with Leanna (who was great) and sent over a dryer we could use in the meantime until we could get this straightened out. This was November 30th.Every week, we would leave a message to find out the status of our new dryer. Every week, we would get no callback. Finally, after weeks of no callbacks or someone looking into it, I had enough.On 1/15, I demanded to talk to an owner. Of course, that wasnt easy either. Finally, Leanna returned my call and got us in touch with Jim, one of the owners. I am so frustrated by this time that all I want to do is cancel the new dryer on order and pay for the one we have been using. Jim agreed on doing that and apologized and tried to make things right. I just wanted to be done with them.They mailed our receipt, and they still charged us for delivery and removal of the old appliance that they broke. We never did get a manual or registration card either. Never again!
I ordered a full set of appliances in mid-January and was told by the salesperson that everything was in stock but the microwave. They set a delivery date of mid-February, and the night before the delivery, I was told only the fridge would be delivered. Apparently, they never had the other items in stock. My salesperson told me she had been told to tell customers they had the items. I kept asking to speak to a manager and was told they dont actually have managers, just salespeople and four owners. They are just trying to make the sale and DO NOT actually care about delivering your products. If you do use them, only put the 10% down required - maybe that will give them incentive to fulfill your order. Horrible customer service and terrible experience.
Sales staff was incredibly helpful, but the real reason for 5 stars was because of the delivery crew - they were the kindest and most helpful people ever. Top notch, would definitely buy from again.
I have had three experiences now with Brothers Main and they are all negative. First experience was about 7 years ago. My wife and I went into the store to look at appliances for our newly purchased home. We may not look it, but we are actually quite well to do and will pay extra for quality products and customer service. The sales staff did not realize it or just did not care to make money that day and and treated us like hobos. We left. Second experience was a few years later, hoping that the sales staff had turned over. Placed and order for a $1500 LG washer to be delivered. It said it was in stock and would be delivered two days later. I received a call the next day saying it was backordered. I said ok I want to cancel the order so I can place it somewhere else that has it in stock being that I needed a washing machine. My salesperson got very upset and even snapped at me. Again, if you want my money and you are in the service business BE NICE to the customer! Third experience just happened. Ordered a new washer. Delivered. Excellent washer but I do not like it. They do have a return policy with a bunch of ways you are going to lose money but I dont care I want to return it. Called the store and they told me to call customer care and gave me the number. I called customer care. Was told that they emailed the supervisor and they would get in touch with me. Never happened. So... I am going to eat the $1000 I spent on this washer and take my business elsewhere. My wife and I will be purchasing a new washing machine, gas dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range in the next few months and definitely not at Brothers Main.
I did the research and chose the washer I wanted, called them up, and told the sales staff, Greg, the washer I wanted and the price I was looking for. He accommodated my request without any issue, and worked us in to have it delivered 2 days later. It was the easiest shopping experience I could have asked for. SHOP LOCAL to help keep the money in our local community. Support LOCALLY-OWNED businesses to keep the community strong.
Walking in knowing what we needed, and got it at a decent price and a nice salesman who helped our family with the ease of a man who was ok working around kiddos (brought 4 little ones in). Weve never been to this store before, as we live out of town, but definitely worth the trip!

I recently purchased a LG washer from Brothers Main and have been a long time customer and have always found communication to be very good. The prices are competitive, they will price match and they offer reasonable delivery and removal services if you wish and arent very pushy on warranty.
Never Again!Ive purchased two appliances from this place. The first was a stove. It was delivered and installed without incident or issue. Second time around we were not so fortunate. The refrigerator we purchased was installed by their veteran installers that couldnt have been more than 22 giving our shiny new fridge several dents and a nice big scratch. To add insult to injury they damaged our kitchen while installing it. First time I called the store a very impatient salesman would say nothing more to me than I wasnt your salesman. Youll need to call back. Every email I sent went unanswered. When I finally did get a hold of my salesman all I got was a shrug off. He would give me a bunch of lines about how busy they were, take down my number and promise that someone would call me back. A call which of course never came. Every time I called it was the same deal. In short, if you want to roll the dice and hope everything goes by the numbers Im sure youll be more than satisfied. On the other hand if youre looking for a company that stands behind their products and services I highly suggest you go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

This would be a zero if it would let me.It started out well enough. We called a few minutes after the store closed as we didn’t pay attention to the time. The sale person answered and took our order (we payed in full over the phone) We apologized for calling so late. He told us no problem, he wouldn’t have answered if it was.That is where anything good about this experience ends. The sales person said he would email us a receipt and time of delivery the next day. That was fine with us. He said if we didn’t hear from him by 1pm to call as sometimes he gets busy. Ok, no problem. We call the next day, leave a message for him to call. He did not and no email sent to us. I called several hours later and he said I need to call you back. He did not! I made one more call with no response. I had to go into the store two days later just to get a receipt of purchase. He was not overly apologetic. He had not even checked to see if they had one available at this point. He finally checked and said the stove was in stock and would be delivered on Thursday.Fast forward to Wednesday, we get a call saying they are coming the next day to deliver. Several hours later the sales person calls and says it turns out they don’t have one and could call if they find one. I said I’ll take my business elsewhere. He informed me everyone was sold out of this stove but he could hold one for me if one shows up.I canceled my order. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had buying an appliance. I will never return! Or recommend.
The best value and service in the area. I have always been one to shop local businesses, I find Main Appliance to be the perfect place for all my appliance needs. I have bought from them for over 15 years. In 2009 I bought washer,dryer,refrigerator,stove,dished washer, and microwave for our condo. I had a minor issue with the dryer and they came right out and the technician noticed a slight bend in vent filter while fixing problem and gave us a new one. Lived there 10 years with only minor repairs needed on refrigerator and we were always treated quite fairly. So when I moved into a house and needed a W/D. They were the first call I made! Actually I did the entire purchase over the phone because of Colvin-19. I explained what I wanted and 4days later the W/D arrived and free delivery and hookup it was fantastic. With the big box stores they charge extra for everything and have no service available. I checked prices at other stores and was amazed at the savings. If this isn’t your first stop you are losing out on great peace of mind that comes with buying at BROTHERS MAIN APPLIANCE! Thanks Gregg!
My refrigerator unexpectedly kicked the bucket in the midst of an appliance shortage. I worked all day with dozens of outlets to find a fridge that would work in my awkward sized cutout and even the best options were backordered a minimum of 8 weeks. I called Brothers Main even though their site said the fridge I wanted was sold out. The friendly person who took my call said, thats sold out but theres this other one I have that is $100 cheaper and it comes from the same warehouse, its the same dimensions, its practically the same, etc. I ordered it and paid for it right there on the phone and they delivered it the next day for a totally reasonable upcharge. It was SO easy and quick and it really made an incredibly stressful day much easier. The fridge is working great so far and I wish I had just called them first. 100% recommend.
Awesome people. Polite and knows what theyre doing. The 2 men that did the lifting didnt waste time, they brought the new fridge in, one cleaned and sweeped the spot were the old fridge was. Put the new one back in, 3 of us thought that its not going to fit because there is a cabinet above. But the lead came and took over and make it all happened.
My old fridge was starting to konk out. After many searches for a fridge (difficult to find in stock in a pandemic), I found and ordered one online from Brothers Main. A day after placing the order, I spoke with Christi who informed me that one wasnt in stock after all. She was able to locate a replacement posthaste even though things were very brisk at the physical store. She also pulled strings to make sure delivery and installation happened just 2 days after, because she knew my fridge was on its last legs. Throughout it all, Christi was professional, patient and kind. The delivery and installation team was speedy and efficient. My fridge is now happily humming along, and so am I. Thank you to all, especially Christi.
It started with a sales process that went smoothly enough, but there was no service to speak of at all. I had problems with the water from the new fridge dispenser tasting like plastic. The sales staff was too busy to answer the phone, the manufacturers liaison never responded to the email address I was given. I finally worked out a repair with the manufacturer myself and got the issue resolved. Make no mistake, you are only buying a product from these folks, the second its delivered, you will never hear from them again on any issues.
Awesome experience finding an oven! Greg was so helpful and found us a great oven/range. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. I did not feel rushed or pushed at all. I encourage others to use this local business!

I was immediately treated as an after-thought and my basic information-seeking questions were disregarded even though I was the only customer in the store. The gentleman helping me told me he was going to do some research, but then proceeded to make 4 or so phone calls to other customers while i was standing there waiting.

We were very pleased with the sales and delivery of our new gas stove. Greg lead us to the best deal in the store. He made the purchasing process nearly painless. My fiance and I wanted to shop local. We walked in this store ready to spend roughly $2,000 and knew exactly what we wanted. We left within 5 minutes due to the, quite frankly, abrasive and rude customer service. We had no intention of letting the sales woman get commission off this sale based on her customer service. I am not sure what the associates name is but she was older with blonde hair.We are currently on our way to Best Buy.
The installers were very diligent getting my old refrigerator out and installing the new Whirlpool. But of the three, only two respected wearing a mask in my house. I requested that he put a mask on, but he made lame attempts at pulling some sort of collar up over his mouth only, which kept falling off. Not professional or courteous in my mind. Anyone entering another persons home should respect the wishes of the owner in this matter.

I care for a disabled family member, so when my dryer died it was truly an emergency. Dave was fantastic! He found me a dryer that I love, and arranged for expedited delivery. The delivery guys were great too! Mike made sure the gas dryer was installed correctly and that I was comfortable with its operation. I will be a repeat customer.

EDITED: We were happy at first, but quickly noticed a large dent on the top of the new dryer. After 4 attempts to get this resolved, we still have not received a callback. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle a problem. We are very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.Initial 5 Star Review: We needed a washer and dryer set in a hurry and was referred to Brothers Main by a friend. Couldnt be happier, Dave made the process seamless and we had our new appliances installed on time and by some excellent young installers. I would highly recommend...ask for Dave!
Had old appliances, looking to upgrade my home, and needed help. From the time we walked in my family was made to feel comfortable and not pressured. Josh did a tremendous job educating me as to what would meet my needs best in terms of appliances and the BEST DEALS!! Sure I could have bought one from Costo or Best Buy maybe even a few bucks cheaper...but we have to think Yokel and buy local in order to keep these local madison area places in business!!

Great experience, will definitely shop here the next time we need an appliance. Ron was great to work with, delivery guys were great. I would give 5 stars if they had kicked their snowy shoes off, but the main thing was they didnt scuff the floors or stair rails going up or down.
We had an issue with the delivery helper guy. I called the store to express our concern. Spoke with Deb and there was no manager on duty. She took my name and phone number and said Dennis would call me back. This occurred Thursday 10/25 in the morning. Its now Saturday evening and still have not received a call back! So much for customer service.
I am selling my mothers home as she just moved in with me. It was recommended that I buy new appliances by the realtor. I wanted to buy from a locally owned company instead of the big box store and that is just what I did. I spoke with Dusty Mitch-Overby and she was fantastic!! The appliances showed up when they were supposed to and they were very tidy in putting them in. I will certainly be back for my own soon!!

When my washer unexpectedly quit working, Gary (at the west side location) sold me the floor model of the washer I wanted to purchase so that I was able to take it home with me that day. He made the process super quick & easy. I got a great deal too!! I plan purchase all of my future appliances at The Brothers Main!
We were in the market for a dishwasher and wanted to shop local.We have had nothing but issues.1) Mismarked product . We thought we were ordering a higher level dishwasher and when delivered it was a lower model. They also forgot to deliver the installation kit.2) Stopped in store to work on correcting the issue. Was told that because the original sales rep who sold to us was not in, no one could help us. Was also told the best way to resolve was to come back in next day. So a third trip to Madison?3) Rep was not easy to get a hold of. Left voicemails and sent emails. Finally was able to speak to him and we were told we were one of 130 other customers hes trying to manage. This is the fault of the company with not providing support to their staff to keep up with customer service.4) The original dishwasher was not availble to us unless we took the floor model and no compensation for taking a floor model. We decided to keep original dishwasher delivered because Im tired of it. The dishwasher we kept is a much lower quality product. We did get compensation for keeping lower quaility product, but waiting for credit.Im so dissappointed with our entire experience. It had been a 5 week process and it has been exhausting. We are now having issues with the diswasher we kept only after 3 uses and have to submit a warranty claim already. UGH!
We are very pleased with our experience through Brothers Main. Dusty was incredibly helpful and patient with us, putting in the work to help us find a fridge that fit our budget, and our unique kitchen space. The delivery team were kind and quick, very careful with our new fridge, and bringing it into our house. Great experience, and we will return for future appliance needs.
We recently needed to buy a new dryer (which of course meant I wanted a new matching washer to go with it!) Being the holiday season, we weren’t exactly thrilled to spend the money. Dave was wonderful to work with. He made sure that we got the best deal possible. Dave was very knowledgeable and listened to what our washing and drying needs were. He didn’t try to sell us a more expensive set than we could afford. We chose the set we got based on the drying power it has since our dryer vent is quite long has a couple 90 degree bends. Delivery was quick and they even hauled away our old set. We’ve had them for about a week now and i couldn’t be happier with them! We will definitely be going back when it’s time for our next new appliance!
Had an excellent experience. The person who sold us our new refrigerator was prompt and directed me to exactly what I needed. No upselling, which was very nice. The delivery was right on time. My only concern was dragging the new and old appliances across the kitchen floor without protection. Could have easily scratched or damaged the floor. Thankfully, it didnt. This is our second time working with Brothers Main. Definitely will work with them again.

Our washer broke just in time for Memorial Day Sales. We had a great experience at Brothers Main - great customer service, quick and free delivery, free installation, and took our old water and dryer away for only $10 each. We got a great deal on the new Maytag washer & dryer! We did shop around and Brothers Main gave us the lowest price. Shop local!
Worst experience ever!! Wouldnt recommend buying newer models as it seems they werent informed on how to install. Specifically the GE Ultrafresh Vent washer they had to come back to remove the shipping braces as they didnt know those were supposed to come off during install (as stated in manual.) Now my washer has a ticking noise and seems to be off balance each load and is loud and shaky. Customer service has been rude and short with me, even through their faults, and no apologies. Guess I bought warranty for nothing!!! Warning everyone

We have never bought appliances anywhere else. We have always been treated well and the salesman paired us with products that fit our budget and gave us the features we were looking for. We never felt like they were trying to over-sell us on a product. There was only one hiccup, I bought our dishwasher online during the Covid-19 and arrangements were made for me to pick it up at the store. When I got there it had never been brought over from the warehouse. They made it right though, delivering it to our house the next day at no charge. Product availability and pricing is second to none!

The sales people that we have dealt with in the store are gracious, and dont hesitate to give us the time needed to make decisions that best suit our price point, preferences and lifestyle. This place is great. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and the sales staff did a good job of listening to my needs and recommending appliances that met them. They werent too pushy and didnt try to upsell me to a unit that I just didnt need. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be going back for my next appliance needs.

I had a good experience here. The sale people responded to our needs and didn’t try to sell us anything f we didn’t want. Excellent explanation of the warranty details and payment options etc. The delivery specialist were super helpful and knowledgeable and gave us extra tips on cleaning and maintenance.
Ron was very helpful at the East Side store. Spent over an hour helping me pick out appliances for our new home. Delivery was arranged quickly and at our convenience. Delivery people were polite and thorough. Glad I chose Brothers Main.

Dave Wipp was knowledgeable and courteous. Just a microwave purchase today, but will see him when the time comes to upgrade all of our kitchen appliances(just not on a Monday or Tuesday). On a side note, the employees at the westside location could learn from Dave about how to treat a customer. I walked out of that location after the 2 associates did their best to ignore me, the only customer in the store.
We had a great experience with the salesman as he searched the inventory for the exact appliance we needed a.s.a.p. due to our old one breaking down. All options were offered with no pressure. The two gentlemen who delivered our new appliance were efficient, polite, and professional.
We went to 4 locations to shop for a refrigerator to replace the lemon we bought elsewhere only 2 years ago. We were immediately greeted by Greg who was very knowledgeable, helpful & went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met without being pushy in the least. When we returned shortly after from also getting pricing elsewhere, we were so pleased with Greg’s service that we decided to buy a dishwasher too. Now we’re just hoping the appliances can match the quality of customer service we received.

I opened the freezer on a Saturday night and everything was melted. The repair man came Monday and told us there was a leak in the sealed system so no refrigerant was getting to the compressor. Time to repair and cost too high so we decided to buy a new one. Best Buy wasnt able to deliver until the next week, so we went to Brothers Main East. Wish I could remember the ladys name we worked with but she was fantastic. They had the model we wanted and, because our refrigerator was dead, she put us at the top of the list for delivery. We got it the next day. Great experience. Will go there again for our appliance needs.
Great value, price, and service. I wouldnt shop for appliances anywhere else.A week after receiving my new refrigerator, my stand alone freezer died. I was unable to go to the store but easily found what I needed online. Special thanks to Dusty for facilitating my order in a timely and efficient manner! Unfortunately when the freezer arrived, the door was damaged. Rather than risk losing hundreds of dollars worth of food, I accepted delivery of the damaged freezer. Before the delivery team left the premises, the damage was reported and a replacement door was authorized by the sales personnel at Brothers Main. Once again, outstanding service and value!

Weve purchased most of our appliances from Dave W. At Brothers Main. Professional, knowledgeable and makes a normally painful process buying appliances fun. He asks great questions about needs, wants and where the item will be located. They are incredibly flexible, as we were selling homes and buying one all at the same time. Dave took the huge pressure off of us as we timed everything. Great store, great employees,no pressure shopping and they have everything you could want including appliances made here in Wisconsin.
