I went to have a large 24×36 poster framed and double matted. The price was under $250 and was finished a few days early.I am extremely pleased!!

No stock!! Total waste of time driving 45 mins for a huge sale. First their prices have skyrocketed. Then to top it off their holiday shelves were empty. Have all this advertising for Fall/Halloween items that they DONT even have. Most items you cant buy online if u do find something its sold out. It wasnt even October 1st and everything was sold out. I dont think they ever had the products to sell in the first place. I cant find even $20 worth of stuff in stock

I was shopping for fake flowers to make a bouquet for the vase on my sons grave. I was greeted as I came in and they asked if I needed help and they gladly pointed out where to find the Styrofoam for the vase. There was a great selection of fake flowers. I was able to shop at leisure and found everything needed to make a beautiful bouquet. All flowers were 50% off (it even rounded up the .99 to an even dollar before calculating the 50%). The checkout person was very friendly and I was able to use the girl friends cell number so she got credit on her Michaels reward membership. 100%+ pleased with the visit.

As an artist I always love Michaels for many things. This year Im happy to report they have resin art supplies including silicone molds, additives like glitter, resin pigments and, of course, resin. I give 4 stars for having a wide selection of awesome to close from even though their resin supplies are a bit pricey.

Gotta love a place that has a 15% Veterans Discount every day - it is just getting difficult to find actual crafting items as they are going so heavy into actual decor.

The prices and items were great. I bought a plastic 5 drawer container for my crafts for under $30. I wish that I would have bought two. It will be my first stop when I go back to Madison.

I visited this store tonight. The place looked like a wreck. It was dirty, shelves were empty, and there is absolutely no flow to this store. Some of the shelving units are very tall which makes the store dark. It used to be a bright and cheery place. I will never visit this store again. JoAnne’s is much nicer.

I usually like Michaels and shop there frequently, usually the Janesville location.My husband and I were shopping tonight, we were in an aisle by ourselves, and my husband dropped his mask below his nose for no longer than one full minute, and the manager came over to hassle us. Telling him he needs to wear a mask, which he told her he knew, he was just trying to breathe.My husband is a 90% disabled Veteran, and due to some of his disabilities he has a hard time breathing.I get it, there is a mask mandate and we wore our masks, but maybe take into consideration people may actually have REAL LIFE health issues.Poor management on your part.

Very disappointed. Came for the five dollar bonus box, and there were none. We were told one person bought them all. This should not be allowed.

I havent been a frequent shopper in the last few years, and the whole store layout is changed since last time I was in. I guess it reflects changes in crafting and decor trends, but I was somewhat disappointed. I was looking for candles, and the selection was really diminished from what it used to be.

I go here strictly for ribbons...length & color to use as bookmarks. The eye does stray to other sections, such as drawing paper, pens, color pencils. Frames are also eyed up, just in case it may become necessary...

Call ahead for curb pickup, unless you plan ahead and are good with waiting outside in line for up to an hour. Staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone is doing their best.

I really enjoy going to Michaels. Some of their items can be a little pricey so I always look for sales and clearance items. They have a good variety of holiday decor which is awesome during this time of year!

Great place to find anything to do with crafting, decorating or just fun stuff. They were changing seasonal displays so it was a bit messy but still clean. Have a nice new assortment of decorating items. Prices are fair on most items but a little pricey on some of those other items. Clerks didnt acknowledge me at all and there was only one girl cashiering.

Love love love this store! Michaels has every craft and supply you could ever want. This store is also incredibly organized and it seems like there is never anything out of place. The variety of things you can get there is beyond any other store I have been to. They also always allow you to use a 40% off coupon on one item (you have to print it from the internet or bring it up on your phone at checkout).

Always great here. Employees are polite, they ask if you need anything, but dont pester you. They are approachable if you have questions. Heidi the manager is very nice. Shes greets us whenever we see her in the store.

Website is offering curbside pickup. Not at the Madison Lein Rd location. I had to go in and then stand in line for 15min waiting. If you are high risk this is a nightmare.

They have a lot of long-term staff here and take pride in their store. Ive had several things framed here, bought a million craft supplies, and can vouch for their quality and helpfulness.

This store has just about anything you could want for a craft project and lots of decorations for your home. Good prices too. I love the huge variety of picture frames and accessories for framing. Go when they have a sale and youll be impressed.

I have been a regular customer at Michaels for a few months now. I recently was given the opportunity to teach a community painting class at the social justice center. I went in today with the hope that Michaels would perhaps help Sponsor the event. The manager exceeded my expectations. He not only discounted my purchase which helped me get more for the project, but he also referred me to the head office about further deals that they could help me with it. 100% would recommend. 1000 thank yous to the staff. You all are amazing.

I love this craft store! I have been coming here for years. They are great for any project really. They offer a huge range of products for any home decorating projects. My personal favorite are the frames and shadowboxes. I come here a lot for those as an artistic. I love looking around at the unique brands of things they carry.

I came I with husband and it was cool until got to register, lady was rude and didnt even give me a bag. She just said next. Really I know I only got a few things but other people got a bag. What Im supposed to just carry it to my car, glad I had a receipt. We are a mixed race couple so yea we get stares

Was being checked out with easily over $300 worth of product and my cashier left in the middle of the transaction to help someone else. Had 3 other employees come up, one being a manger and was not helped at all. Waited 20 minutes only to walk out then have the manger suddenly want to help me. Won’t ever be back.

Its Michaels. Its a necessity in life if you have any hobbies at all, let alone if you homeschool. This location was as expected with some great deals and a million things to choose from. The folks here were friendly and helpful too.

One of my favorite craft stores!!

One of my favorite stores to shop in. It is especially nice if you have a French or shabby chic home. We have purchased a lot of their milk paint to paint our crown moulding, French cabinets and dressers, and it looks amazing. If you are an artist or interior designer, you can find so much here and create wonderful things. I bought black feathered angel wings here from when it was Halloween and wore them with a low cut, slit black silk evening gown, high heels and a black lace mask. It was one of the best costumes I ever had. I love everything about this store. 💝

Good experience. One of the managers Nicole is there a lot when I go in and is super nice and helpful. She also handled a very difficult customer who was in front of me in line really well and very professionally.

Nice, bright store thats big enough but not so big it takes forever to find what youre looking for. The employees here are always polite, friendly, and happy to help. My favorite part about Michaels is their hassle-free return policy. Its always easy to return things here, with or without a receipt, especially if youre in their reward program, which I appreciate. Good sales, great clearance prices, and nice selection.

Great craft store. My go to for cricut supplies, shadow boxes & t shirts. Wish i could stack coupons & that they would recognize all educators for the teacher discount. Daycare teachers are teachers too we just dont have badges.

This Michaels store has been one of my go to stores for emergency t-shirt supplies. I love that theyve expanded their heat transfer section with so many of my favorite products from Siser. I was just in the other day a I was helped by an associate name Olivia and she was very polite, helpful and very professional. It seems like this stores HR is doing a good job with finding great people to work there. Keep it up!

At my last visit, I had several questions AND required assistance with some large items. The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful with their answers and assistance. It was a great shopping experience.

Lots of sales but some things you could get for cheaper at Target

I have no complaints. I took a knitting class here once. Nobody else showed up, so I got a one-on-one class with the instructor for $15 and I was able to learn.

Could spend hours in that store. Brings out your creativity.

Michaels has all you may need for crafts, sewing, knitting, cake decorating, jewelery making, home decor, photo frames that they will costumize for you, they also have a selection of standard sizes in many many shapes and colors and more. For Holidays and special occasions they display a variety of items relating to that occasion that are fun to watch and get your hands on. They also offer decorating, craft making, etc classes. I enjoy going there, their variety is grand and prices are reasonable plus they always have discount coupons you can find online and use at the store!
