We hired this company to help us set up a connect 4 at our new house. I was told they would send someone out with no quote of cost. The guy came, was at the house for two hours and then ultimately was unable to finish set up. Months later we received a bill for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I know it was a generous assumption they did this as a free service, but I think it should be standard practice to quote before sending someone AND to offer a quote before staying for a few hours. Not to mention the service we needed was never completed. Super disappointing.

This company really is pretty terrible. No idea how the technology they use works and when it malfunctions they refuse to support you.

I have been very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the new owners even though we are 90 miles away they make us feel like we are in their backyard.
