Absolutely the worst experience ever! Sold me a protection plan for an expensive TV. Find out the plan does not cover the most obvious protection anyone would need for a TV - the screen! Canceled the plan October 2020 and STILL CANNOT GET A REFUND!! Have called Geek Squad so many times for a refund, I cant count - and they keep saying the problem has something to do with purchasing the TV through Magnolia. BEWARE...
