I have a business account and they are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They do not do value customers or there needs. I called the Us Cellular on East Washington Ave and Patrick was amazingly helpful!!! He got me connected to the right individuals and they also were very helpful.
They really dont care. I have had U.S.Cellular for my business for 16 years. I was just in the junction rd store because the latest software upgrade turned my once useful Samsung galaxy S7 into a useless handwarmer cant text, call or receive calls they tried a factory reset which didnt work. they wouldnt port my business number to my backup phone because it was too much work and I should just go to the east town mall location and get a advance recall phone... really no such thing as customer service from these kids. just condescending buck passing...he did show me videos of his cat tho. it wouldnt let me post this without one star.
