Got a notification that my order was ready for pick up and I waited almost 45 minutes to even be acknowledged. I will NEVER do a pick up there again.

Bad customer service and the staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers

All Walmarts are pretty much the same.

I wasnt a Walmart fan to begin with, but this experience just intensified my distaste for the corporate giant. I had thought Apple to be the worst when it came to marking up the price of a product, but upon trying to buy a simple accessory Im no longer thoroughly convinced of that. I wanted to purchase a Thunderbolt to VGA adapter which is listed by Apple at $29. In store, it hung on a hook labeled $29, however, the cashier and her manager informed me that it was in the wrong place and is actually priced $49.99. Of course, I did not and will not purchase this product at that price! How ridiculous, coming from a company that offers price matching! Of course, none of this mattered to the cashier or her manager, and they struck me as a little rude about it. I know no one likes being wrong, especially at their place of employment. They come, day in and day out to do their job, and Im sure theyre aware of how theyre supposed to be performing. I must say however, that they have fallen short of customer service standards. To top off the experience, I was charged $40 for a $5 rug and the product description on the receipt didnt even remotely match! Customer service most graciously corrected this for me, and were much more polite about it than the cashier. Even they were appalled that the cashier hadnt noticed this outrageous mistake in the computer. Needless to say, I will purchase directly from Apple or BestBuy, who I know will honor Apples prices.

Auto and tire section has rude staff. I hate taking my car at this walmart because of unprofessionalism. You wont get any help unless you ask. Staff at the auto area will ignore you as if youre not there. Most likely you wont get what you need done, they pretend they are busy when they have customers.
