At the West Town Mall it I had a good experience in Gloria Jeans Coffee. It was around 5pm, the shop was slow, I looked around, picked out the coffee and asked if they could grind the beans. The two guys in the shop were quick to smile behind their masks, ask what kind of coffee maker I had, ring up my purchase, and out the door for more Christmas shopping.

The meat lovers sandwich was fantastic.

When I lived here, every time I went to the mall I drank some coffee from here. It’s the best and I can tell you that I really miss it!

So much better than Starbucks!! Make it a point to come here if I go to West Towne Mall. Sometimes its the only reason I stop at the mall.

This was the first time ever trying this coffee oh my goodness it was delicious. What I like is that it was balanced it wasnt too sweet it wasnt to Coffee tasting it was just right. This particular one was in the mall and the owner and staff were very nice. I never heard of Gloria Jeans coffee and I wish it was one near me.

I like how they have multiple flavors of teas here, and the brownies they have here are pretty delicious. They use monetti syrup btw, so if you want to drink flavored lattes and such, see if you like them first. The prices are reasonable, but a little bit more expensive than the Starbucks across the street. If youre just getting a coffee id say go here, but If you want a fancy drink, then its cheaper to go across the street to the Starbucks

Wonderful place, clean and very nice location inside the West town mall. Was busy at that time. But by my surprise the crew did an excellent job.

I love to drink coffee every morning from here. It makes me feeling so good. I wake up after drinking this places coffee. Otherwise im always sleepy :) recommend everyone.

Was there new years eve. no adults there working. 3 teenage girls. running it. the store was extremely dirty and trashed. and not cleaned. management should not let the place be run without them. a hot drink was made lid not put on correctly a girl picked up drink by the lid it dropped and spilled everywhere. my mocha tasted like hot chocolate missing a shot. bad experience. owner needs to be there all times. or at least responsible adult.

The Coco Loco is my favorite year - round drink but I really cant wait for the White Chocolate Brulee to come back. It tastes similar to Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha that I love so much.

Theyre always out of the Gloria Jeans Special Blend coffee beans, their signature coffee, when Im looking to buy. The teenagers working behind the counter dont bother looking to see if they have any in stock and are usually quite rude.

Really good coffee, and nice flavored drinks too, but sometimes they can be cloyingly sweet. Try the Butter Rum or Irish Cream, but anything more chocolate-y than a regular mocha might be a bit much.

If you are shopping at the West Towne Mall it is a great place for lunch or a great cup of coffee!

Im sure the sweet flavored drinks are great but the basic cup of coffee tastes like your standard diner coffee thats been sitting in a coffee pot all day on a hot burner. Not a good flavor and is scalding hot.

Amazing coffee, the shop is a bit small though. So plan on being super close to strangers if you go during their busy time.

Ice with syrup is not a smoothie. And being lied to about it is not cool. Not coming back

I have always loved their coffee, but over the weekend I had one of the worst customer service experiences. The baristas did not seem like they wanted to be there and were extremely unfriendly and messed up my partners order twice, the second time he didnt say anything bc he just wanted to leave.

There coffee is amazing but the Gourmet breakfast bowl is horrible if I wanted to have ham sandwich meat cut up breakfast patties and not fresh eggs I would have gone somewhere else very disappointed in you guys not to mention the grease is just horrible 7.95 for this I would have paid $2
