Buttons dont work at gas pump, gas wont start until you respond to their stupid reward program but the No button doesnt work so you have to press yes and enter a phone number.

My wife and I stopped to get gasoline for my Motorcycle. I wanted the top tier ethanol free where it has a seperate hose. Only two pumps had the ethanol free, both were occupied. After 15 min. of waiting around, nobody was seen at one of the vehicles. I asked the two clerks inside if they knew whos it was as there was a visible customer on the only other pump with a seperate hose for the top tier. Neither clerk had a mask on and there was a female behind the counter sitting watching TV on her phone that said you can ask the visible customer on the other pump to move. She was a paying customer and I asked the clerk if it was her car, she wouldnt answer. I then asked for the owners number at which point she kicked me out of the store and refused to even give me her name. I waited another 5 minutes for the other customer to leave pulled my motorcycle up for ethanol free and they cut the pump off. Highly disappointed a employee refused to move her vehicle for a paying customer. Not to mention the male clerk came over the pump speaker and started laughing at my wife and I he said its 2021 deal with it. The female clerk/manager is loosing this owner money hand over fist. She has been mentioned in several other reviews she is the one standing behind the door in another 1 star reviews. This location will be closed in a couple years forsure due to a franchise owners horrible employees. Beyond immature and horrible customer service I am contacting corporate as well.

Restrooms are closed more often than they are open, for reasons the cashier is either unable or unwilling to explain. Not worth tempting fate to stop at this gas station when there are so many other options nearby.

Attempted to go in and buy a couple red bulls and use the bathroom, but I got yelled at. Apparently the lady behind the counter has had some issues with locals or something, and decided to take it out on me.Then when I went out to my car to use the air hose, she yelled at me and told me to get off the property. The whole situation was real weird, I dont know if shes used to people with Tesla vehicles, but I think she had some kind of deep-seated frustration against electric vehicle owners. The whole interaction was very strange. I would probably recommend stopping at another gas station.

Terrible!! No restroom. No washer fluid at the pumps. Washer wand frozen. Double checked about the bathroom and the scary looking gent was very rude and said they do NOT HAVE A BATHROOM . Thought perhaps it was just out of order. He turned off the pump on us when I complained and wouldn’t sell us gas. Poor excuse for a service station. Amend that last sentence to a non-service station. Shell Corporate should do something about that. We elderly who travel cross country need bathrooms at Shell Stations.

The female manager there is insane. I am a 64 year old male and I pulled in to get gas and something to drink. I was traveling from DC to Minneapolis and needed to use the restroom before anything, but she said I needed a receipt before I could use the restroom. It was totally an odd experience. I had to purchase an item for 25 cents to use the bathroom, never bought gas or anything else.I would never recommend this place to anyone else. While I was pulling away another customer came back to his car and said How does that woman even have a job here, shes crazy. I agreed with him.

My daughter and I were at this station on 2/12/20. I filled up my tank and went in to use the restroom. Upon leaving, the clerk started screaming, cussing and calling me names. All too horrible and not enough room to go into detail. He then followed me out of the store continuing the screaming and told me I need to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. I told him I had just purchased gas!! He scared me to death; I have never seen such anger! He has long, stringy red hair with a long red beard. I sincerely thought he may have had a gun and wanted to shoot me. Im trying to find a way to report him and this station. I only gave one star because theres not an option for no stars. One of the scariest experiences of my life!

No restrooms Per the unapologetic sign on the front doors and the rude male employee with long hair working around 5 o’clock. Place looks like one of those run down sketchy gas stations that you see in the news because they got caught selling map out the back door. Avoid this place, I didn’t even get gas and went to a competitor For the first time in years. I love Shell gas station but this one does not meet the brands reputation. #Shellgas

Bathrooms were out of order and the pump was very fussy. Wasn’t able to get gas. However, the Yoohoo Chocolate Milk was a very good price.

My kids and I were broke down and were at this gas station for 3 hours. The woman working there made us feel very welcome and even offered my children popcorn and coloring books and crayons. She made a very bad situation so much more bearable for my family. I am so grateful for her. I will always go here when I go to Madison from now on!

Clerk with red hair closed the bathrooms because he’s too lazy to clean them. He should be fired.

The man working on Wednesday February 12th was down right scary!! My mother and I went there to fill up on gas (in 2 cars) I went in to purchase something and after she filled up she went in to use the restroom He followed her out to her car screaming at her that she can’t use the restroom unless she buys something. He called her multiple names and made a huge scene. It shook my 65 year old mother to the core. Mind you, she filled up on gas! Isn’t that “purchasing something” at a gas station! Horrible customer service. Will not return

Free parking lot including handicap parking, public handicap accessible bathrooms, good convenience store for quick stops but moderately priced, diesel gas. Rewards program! Earn money off on gas fill ups!

Filled up with premium fuel on my way to a work party and immediately after leaving the station my vehicle started misfiring extremely bad. We had to miss my company party in Chicago because we could no longer drive the vehicle. It was so bad we had to have it towed over 100 miles home! The manager or owner I spoke to about the fuel issue said There is no way it could be a problem with our fuel. It must be a problem with your vehicle. Eluding that I was a liar. Yeah, I call up every gas station I stop at to scam them out of $47.65! My vehicle ran fine after burning off the bad fuel and refueling it with Kwik Trip premium fuel at home. He still thinks it cant be his fuel and wont give me any refund. I will NEVER visit this station again. Great logic there guy. Its true because I say it is. I suggest everyone stay away from this tainted fuel station, it will mess your vehicle up really bad! STAY AWAY!

Appears like it may be sketchy, but its not. Inside was clean, employees were friendly, and no one got stabbed, so all in all a good experience ;)

I always go to this gas station because it is close to my house. Prices are a bit higher than most because it is close to the interstate and a lot of tourists stop there. The clerks are friendly especially if you are a regular.
