Shop online, I’ve been traveling awhile since Covid. Out of the northern states Wisconsin/Madison mask mandate is strict. I was walking around the outdoor mall and Was thinking to myself am I going to hear anything from these people about Covid related issues?I put my drink outside, walk in masked, and they both get wide eyed.. give an awkward pause with a weird hello and tell me to wash my hands or sanitize before we get started and I’m like nope.. and walk out. They don’t even want to know why you are in the store without washing hands first?!Is this a baby unit in a hospital? This whole time covid has been happening I’ve NEVER been asked to do this for any store, establishment or personal home in at least 6 states. They provide the ability for it and that’s it. Not mandatory to shop must see in personal that hands are good to go. Lol like it’s a cave with special flora and fauna to protect. I got vaccinated in April and play by the rules.. but this is over the top. :(

Always a great place to get soaps and bath bombs! Recently purchased a face moisturizer and I love it. Same price point as philosophy brand moisturizer but way better!

Amazing customer service - 7/16/21 - I came is just as they were opening the store and the person that first attended to me was polite about COVID procedures and allowed me to explore unattended. As I explored both attendants gave me helpful advice on products and answered all my questions! The interaction was easy and pleasant!

Went in for wife’s hair products and wanted me to sanitize hands!? I wasn’t in there for hand stuff, was in there for hair stuff. Wanna sanitize my hairs too? Just came from bathroom right after so this means I washed my hands twice walking 100 ft. Wow.

Always have a pleasant shopping experience at Lush! The staff is great. Erica helped me pick out my Christmas gifts and was very helpful and great to talk with. It’s way more exciting to shop for products that the employees are clearly so passionate about. Highly recommend checking out their store and products, all are so lovely and high quality!

Always a welcoming atmosphere filled with true queens that are helpful and offer samples. My boyfriend came in to get me a present and the employee was so sweet to him and helped him with samples and picking out a gift. Lush is a great company and their values shine through with their Madison staff and location!

Had a horrible experience at lush today . One of the ladies that works at lush was extremely rude to my daughter . Was literally screaming at her . It was so uncalled for and unnecessary. I will never return to this store .

I always have the best help and conversations when I come to this lush! They always have what I need or a great replacement suggestion!

Covid update! I ordered my smells online and picked it up outside. They included free samples! Easily and safely done. So many things to smell and try. Its hard to not buy it all. Lots of things here are packaging free, too!

I love lush. The customer service is always magnificent. Its smaller than the one in Milwaukee but it still had all my favorite products. I love the expertise the employees have. They also have great suggestions when you explain your skin, hair or just what youre looking for in general.They can be pricey....but people I promise you, its worth it. Even if its just something small....its worth it to treat yourself.

The friendly staff makes the experience of shopping here fun. I also didnt feel pressured to buy anything, which is unusual for such a store. Its a great place for gifts like extravagant bath bombs, beard washes, and soaps.

Edited review: While during the contactless pickup I had issues, this last weekend between a phone call and in-store pickup, the ladies on staff at Lush have been SO helpful! I wanted to change my review to show how great they were! Id give a name shout-out if I could.

The wonderful scents of natural products. If only they could make a home spray or body lotion that smelled like the store. LUSH products make a person feel good. Too bad they stopped making Earl Grey lotion bars. I really miss that scent, should make in a body lotion. Some of the earlier scents were the best. I dont buy as many of their newer ones. My sales assistant was a delight and made sure I was well taken care of. All the employees at the Madison store have cheerful dispositions. Definitely recommend.

This is a great location that always has friendly and helpful staff. Love it! I use the shampoo and conditioner bars, face masks, bath bombs and all sorts of things. My husband uses the dirty hair cream and shaving cream. He has also used their aftershave which greatly helps with his rashes and inflammation after he shaves. They have the best products and they are worth the money!

Their soaps are great for people with sensitive skin! I cant use name brand soaps anymore because my skin breaks out! But lush soaps are always gentle and cleansing, so are their face masks! Definitely recommend for a more eco friendly and self loving experience

This place is awesome, especially for presents. A warning is the scents, while very nice smelling, can be overpowering for those who have problems with perfume. The staff is great and super helpful. Even as a guy the hand lotions work better than 99 percent of the medicated stuff you can find.

Great products. Natural scents. I struggle with scents due to allergies. Have found the products Ive used here do not give me a reaction... Which is amazing. Having been through breast cancer Im always looking for products without harmful chemicals, from what Ive tried here so far, I really love the products.

The location is in an outdoor mall and well worth the walk. Employees are joyful and helpful, and good scents abound. This is not a huge store, but is packed with options and warmly intimate. Excellent place to get your Lush products.

This is one of my favorite places to go to get cosmetics. I love the products. Have never unhappy with one of there products. And I have pretty much tried them all. My favorites are the face products they do wonders. Not to mention that the staff are always so friendly and very helpful. When ever I go in I always feel so happy it just feels like home.

Store representatives have always been very pleasant and open to answering questions. Store is a bit small, but packs a good variety of products. Display is always well done and highlights the fresh ingredients used. I come mainly for the bath products and love them!

Amazingly friendly staff! Greet you when you walk in and usually have a sample of a product going on. Large selection for the size of the store, and the gift baskets never disappoint; the perfect gift for a birthday or a party since theyre high quality products and already wrapped.

I stopped into Lush to pick up a bathbomb for my friend and Roxanne (I think that was her name) helped me out. She was very personal and friendly and even gave me a sample of another rose scented body wash to go with the bathbomb. Love coming here and I loved her!

Great place, just with it were a bit bigger! In store prices are actually a few dollars cheaper then showen online. It is a bit pricey but its good quality so Im okay with it, its worth the extra money.

I stopped in because I need some bath bombs to ease my dry winter skin. I love The Body Shop and liked that Lush has a similarly eco friendly and natural vibe. I was much disappointed that this store is so overpoweringly fragranced that it was impossible to tell what things smelled like at all. It’s like trying to buy CDs at a heavy metal show, impossible to tell what you’re looking at over all the background noise. They need to install some industrial strength HVAC to de-stink the store. I left without buying anything because I couldn’t stand the overpowering smells of the place. I’ll just find something online rather than deal with this assault on my nose.

Great place for bath bombs and massage oil. A little expensive for a normal budget but worth the treat when you can!

Lush products are worth the money! Love the bath bombs and seaweed facewash. Store was very busy but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My favorite bath and beauty store, I really like their bath bombs and solid shampoo. You always get a cool sample at checkout!

I want to love this place but its so overwhelming. Theres always too many people, including employees. And I never know what anything is or how to use it. Top that off with all the competing fragrances and I just leave with a headache.

It was great! They had what i wanted in stock, and everyone was super helpful!

Love lush products. Generally visit lush at Mayfair mall which is way too small and claustrophobicThis location is airy, plenty of breathing and smelling room.No one greeted us however. Honestly, seems to be the staff at hilldale, most are rude and pretentiousness.
