Horrible Service!! Pullen replaced a door on the home I recently purchased prior to it coming into my possession. Once we moved in we noticed the door was difficult to open and close. I contacted them, since the door came with a 1 year warranty, they had someone come out and all he did was sand the door frame slightly on the bottom and then tell me thats pretty much as good as he can get it. When I contacted the company again at a later date to tell them once again I was unsatisfied with the door operation they have yet to return my call or send anyone else to inspect it. They obviously have no idea wha customer service is and I will never be using their business again! Very disappointing!
