I was looking for a place to cut a piece of glass to put in a retirement shadow box. They measured out everything and then asked to keep the shadow box to make sure everything fit just right. Rob took it upon himself to cut the glass, ensured just the right fit, and even paid the bill! Greatly appreciated Rob!

We had a great experience with Madison Glass Company.We recently replaced the builder grade shower in our master bathroom with a new tile shower. After the tiling was complete, I reached out to five different companies in the area to come give me quotes on a glass shower door and surround as well as an interior window pane for an insulated double pane window that one of kids had managed to crack.Out of all five companies that came out, I felt like Wade and Kevin from Madison glass were the only ones that tried to assess the job and recommend the best solution for us. They were the only one of the five companies that realized there was not a stud behind the tile where the door was to be installed and actually recommended a solution that ended up saving us money (though they also made sure I knew they were capable of going with the more expensive solution if we decided to go that route).Using the information that they provided, I was able to go back and get a slightly cheaper quote from one of the other companies. Despite that, I went with Madison Glass because I felt I could trust Wade and Kevin to do the job right. Im glad I did.We had a small hiccup with the manufacturer on the first replacement window and shower door that came in, but Wade and Kevin set us up for the mean time and made sure to prioritize getting back out as soon as the replacement glass came in.The shower looks great, the service was excellent, they let us know what to expect and then kept us informed throughout the process, and we ended up spending less than what we expected. Their prices were comparable to other quotes we received, however Wade was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. For this reason, we decided to go with them.
