Im glad to see another reviewer reinforced my feelings and its not all in my head. For one thing, their website was down at the time so I had to place my order over the phone. They said some misleading stuff over the phone about how they handle credit card information so I sent an email asking them to clarify how they handle the credit card information and they sent NO LESS than three help ticket emails assigning me a number but did not follow-up with any response...and this is in regards to credit card information! I sent a very pointed email and someone responded and let me talk to a supervisor to clarify. Then I asked MULTIPLE times for an invoice for my product as I asked REPEATEDLY for one and had never received an itemized statement. Its no surprise I never received it, as I found out that though I was told it shipped and would be arriving on a certain date, when that date came and went and the product didnt arrive, I called and spoke to a supervisor and found out the product NEVER SHIPPED at all. Thankfully they shipped it overnight, allegedly at no cost to me. However, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE and though money has been deducted from my account, there is still NO RECEIPT OR INVOICE given as proof of what I am billed for. And there is no accountability. I am just shuffled around to different people who say Can you take care of this? Can you send this? We are forwarding you to this department because we have no record of this.. FOR GODS SAKE, IF YOU HAVE RECORD ENOUGH TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, THEN YOU HAVE RECORD ENOUGH TO SEND ME A FLIPPING INVOICE! UNREAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and obviously DISORGANIZED! Moreover, this is the only place I could leave a review. Where is the trail of this website?? So irritated.
