I would only use Brunke Glass & Window if you are in need of a square glass or mirror, installed in a basic door or window. I would not take any specialty projects to Brunke, even if they tell you they have done these types of projects before. On top of doing a substandard job, they ruined my property and took no responsibility. I spoke with the owner and he was extremely rude and condescending. He told me I would have a very hard time finding someone to do a perfect job for me. And guess what? I made ONE phone call to the right company, and they did a gorgeous job! True experts in their field. My only regret was not doing more research on glass companies and finding one that was truly reputable and skilled at their craft. Replacing a square window or mirror is probably where Brunke can be trusted. I would look elsewhere if you need a mirror replaced in a decorative tray, or any other specialty project.

OH MY GOODNESS! These people are AMAZING!! I am new to the Madison area and work at Big Sky Manor Apartments. One of my residents reported is patio glass was shattered and I had called the glass repair vendor listed on my vendor sheet. The gentleman I spoke with was so rude and condescending and they said they could schedule it for next Thursday...8 days from now, just to take a measurement. I asked my boss if he knew of any other company we have used in the past I could call, he texts me Brunke Glass and I call. The lady on the phone was so pleasant and says, Erin, I have someone in the shop right now that I can send. He can be there in 10 minutes. Do you want him to help board up the window if we do not have the glass in stock and need to order it? I was blown away! So kind and thoughtful to ask! Then not only did the glass specialist show up 10 minutes later, he had grabbed the standard sized glass in case it would fit and it did! Same day service and fantastic customer service!! Thank you SO much! I have crossed off that other vendor from my list & wrote in Brunke Glass as my #1 go to for glass repair!

Brought a window in for repair. The glass needed to be replaced and the 2 plastic locking tabs were broken. Several employees looked at the tabs and said they couldnt replace them because they didnt know who manufactured the window. I took it to another business and he said that there are only a few types that that they all use and he replaced in less than 5 minutes with no charge but they dont replace glass. Took it back to Brunke. They ordered the glass and it came in a few days later. Problem was Amber at the desk ordered the glass without the panes or grid inside even though she saw them and we talked about it. She apologized reordered the glass and said they would help me with the labor. After about a week I called and found out that the window had come in but they hadnt called me. Finally I got the glass replaced but there was a noise because they must have left a piece inside. The bill was HIGHER than Amber had quoted. Stay away from these bafoons

Tremendous staff and expertise, with reasonable prices! They helped me source specialty mirror glass, then cut it to shape and size and repaired an heirloom make-up mirror in time for Mothers Day. Probably not the kind of work they do every day, but they invested themselves in making this happen. We are very pleased with Brunke Glass. Will use them again and recommend to others!

Had Brunke make me new tempered glass doors for my wood fireplace. There was a sizing issue with the initial ones that were cut but they were on it asap. I appreciated their quick service and response when the issue arose, a mark of a good business in my opinion, how they deal with a problem when one arises. Very helpful. Brunke has been my go to place for glass for years. Recently, I bought a dresser and night stand. Before I even took them home I stopped at Brunke to have them fitted for glass toppers. Took forever to manufacture glass panels for our screened in porch, gave only a couple of hours notice for delivery with no flexibility and no availability to install it--deferred that to my contractor. The guy didnt even use suction cups to take the large triangular panels off the truck, barely missed hitting a corner on the truck, asked for my help to set it down in the garage, and banged HIS corner on the concrete. Cracked. Also tried to get me to pay for the product when they were ordered by my contractor. Then he tells me that his truck was almost out of gas and needed directions to the closest gas station. Id go elsewhere for sure. Zero stars not an option.

I had them install a new 8-ft master bathroom mirror with a mirrored-trim, a replacement dual-pane window, and update an older mirror with trim and they did a great job. Highly recommend them!

Very pleased with their service and quality of product and workmanship. They installed a back splash in the kitchen and glass for two showers. Fit nicely, looks great and no leaks.
