The car I wanted was in hot demand! I appreciated a phone call when it was delivered to go to the dealer quickly. I did a test drive by myself, due to covid. The salesman was very clear about operations, which was so necessary because my old car was 16 years old! They gave me a good price for it, too. Both the salesman and financial manager were also very clear about finances, and with helping to register the car and all that. The warranties are terrific! I would highly recommend Zimbrick!

Ive been a customer for 6 years, and I wont go anywhere else. I had an emergency car issue this week with my brakes and learned that the soonest I could get my car in was 3 weeks from now (and I originally thought I had scheduled my appointment for this week). Ashley in scheduling and Steve in the service department took care of me. Steve has been there since I started taking my Hyundai and has always been a friendly, familiar face with a heres how were going to fix this attitude. Ashleys customer service was top-notch and calm, as I was frantic thinking I wouldnt be able to use my main source of transportation for almost 3 weeks. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, despite being booked out for 3 weeks, and I am forever thankful to them and the team!
My wife and I bought two cars from this location a year ago (Hyundai Accent and Kona) . Theyve both been great for us! The service department has been helpful as well. Sometimes oil changes can take a long time if you wait to have them completed (1.5 hours or more sometimes). But all things considered, we are very satisfied with this location.

A review hey? Well,both myself and my daughter had an appointment at 9:30a.m. for price of mind inspection on her vehicle. It is now almost 10:30a.m. I look around as I sit in the waiting room. One gentleman seems frustrated and is now making me a little nervous because I am kind of pressed for time. After all I did have an appointment and it is only a 5 point inspection that Zimbrick calls The piece of mind inspection. I will keep you posted on my experience. I can tell you that as soon as we talked about our reason for being here Zimbrick pointed out recalls on my daughters vehicle right away. I was able to walk all the way back to parts and no one even noticed me looking for help.Buy a Subaru, Honda or Toyota, theyll be open for basic things like gaskets, crush washers, filters, & fluids.

I came in after looking at not even joking 9 different dealerships and needed a car in less than a week before my rental was up. Johnny greeted me at the door, I explained what I was looking for and my budget and he brought up a car I fell in love with. It was a tad over my price range so I continued looking around but he worked everything out so I could buy the cat and finance it through my bank. Truly an amazing car, and perfect for my daughter and I. It was the first car and only care I found that I liked and worked for us while in my budget!

We worked with Richard to buy our Santa Fe. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us in any way. After 3 visits and a lot of consideration, we moved forward with our purchase and it was made as easy as possible. They considered the prices of cars we had researched and we came to a very great price. We got to leave and come back a few hours later to a quick meeting to sign the paperwork and pick up the car.While we were in the finance managers office, Richard pulled our trade around, moved over the license plates for us, and removed our car seats from the trade to make it easy for us to hook them in when we were done. He took some family pictures of us in front of our family vehicle and explained features of the car that we had any questions about. It was a calm and easy car buying experience and we will definitely be back for any car buying needs.

Bought a new 2020 Hyundai Kona a few months ago and it has continued to be an excellent experience. The initial sale was very well done. The salesperson was very courteous and respectful and not overly pushy. He gave a fair price for our trade in and helped me choose exactly the vehicle I wanted. Recently, I managed to get a tiny pinprick in the side wall of one of my tires (only 2,000 miles on the car), which means the entire tire needs to be replaced. Which isnt covered under the warranty. But they were able to help me out with that. 5 stars all around.

We drove 2 hours from home to get to Zimbrick Hyundai. We did a test drive and quickly reached a deal on both new car and trade-in prices. Then we had to sit and wait for over 2.5 HOURS before we could sit down with a finance guy at the Nissan dealer down the road. My wife and I felt abandoned and stranded in a strange city during this wait. Maybe they have staffing issues due to Covid, but this was way too long to make customers wait.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR MULTIPOINT INSPECTION. Went in to get my waste gate actuator adjusted, they did do that. It seems to be okay however seems to be a little off but whatever. My issue is they noted my brakes and battery needed to be replaced ASAP. I never have dealers do that work as I have a mechanic as a boyfriend, a few months later we tested my battery and it has YEARS left to it. Also got my brakes and as soon as we went to take them off they looked almost brand new. Pathetic that they try to scam people that do not know about vehicle maintenance.
John made the transaction very easy. I felt I got a fair offer on my trade and a good deal on the Palisade. Just a really easy purchase.

I purchased a Santa Fe a few months ago from Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside so this was my first trip to the service department for an oil change. The employees were courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service was completed in 30 minutes. Excellent job
John the sales person was very decent. Not pushy very respectful and as far as I can tell so far honest. I would definitely recommend him to others and any future car buying I may do. How ever the final paper transaction was not straight forward. They stated for 995 inside and outside protection which sounded good added it on a credit card and well it came back at 1049 something. Questioning him,and well that is tax.Would that of changed my mind on the protection, maybe but I should!d of asked is there any other hidden fees. When you tell me for this amount I figured that was the cost! You should of said this amount plus tax. But over all, the good (John) had more of a positive effect than any of the negative from the staff. Over all we were very pleased with buying a new car. John let us know the different choices we had and did not push. Thank you John

It worked great with the social distancing. Someone held the door when I came in to drop off my car. When I picked up the car, there was plastic on the steering wheel. I just had an oil change and my snow tires taken off.

We didn’t drive away with the car (waiting on financing, our fault) but we did walk away with the deal we wanted and a great service experience. The team was so helpful, kind and efficient. Since I purchased my Sonata there, I got a loaner and that is a game changer. Not only did they do the service but my car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go when I needed it!

Upon the dealership opening up again, we had a seamless transaction and drove away after just a few signatures. Most of the paperwork was completed prior to our arrival at the dealership, so the process was truly painless. I got a letter from the dealer saying they are looking for local vehicles. I was looking into possibility getting a new car soon, so I took them up on getting an estimate. The estimate was very quick so I talked to Darren Anderson about the vehicle I was interested in possibly buying. I wasnt there to buy a car that day & Darren was very busy with finishing up with other customers as well, but he took the time to listen and look up the car I was interested in. Unfortunately, they didnt have the car I was looking for, but he searched around and was able to locate one. He emailed me details and told me hed be off the next couple days, but gave me his cell to let him know what Id like to do, even on his day off. I called him and he got things in motion to get the car I wanted. A few days went by & Darren kept me in the loop on them trying to get the car from the dealer they found. The deal didnt pan out with the other dealer, so Darren looked further to find the car I wanted. He found another and was able to get it! I went in a day before the car arrived to go over initial paperwork which made the day of getting the car much smoother. Darren explained everything well and never tried to push anything I wasnt interested in. Zimbricks pricing is fantastic so there really isnt much need to do any of the haggling typically associated with car salesman. Darren and the Zimbrick team made the experience enjoyable to buy a new car. Thats why this is now my third Hyundai from Zimbrick.
