5/18/2016 I posted this 2 weeks ago. Received a call regarding a payment plan for a refund, to date nothing. Seems like the same old run around at Victory SweepersWarning:Do not enter into any agreements with Victory Sweepers that involve paying them any money up front(before you receive your sweepers and titles) OR involve Victory being responsible for paying your trade allowance.Currently Victory Sweepers owes me 1 of 2 sweepers that I fully funded in July of 2014. Additionally, they have not taken possession of the 2 trades or funded the $95,000 in liens on the trades that they were required to do upon my banks funding of this transaction.We have been a customer of Victorys since 2007. The 1st sweeper we bought from them exceeded our expectations in every way. We bought 2 more sweepers from them in 2010. Each time we did a deal we were asked to fund 100% of the purchase with a promised delivery date of 4-6 weeks. All 3 sweepers were delivered on time and trades were paid off so we didnt really have a reason to be leery when Mark asked us to fund our latest purchase the same way.Unfortunately, it seems that Mark has gotten so far behind on his obligations that robbing Peter to pay Paul has finally caught up with him. Mark continued conversations with me, basically stringing me along, for about 8 months until I paid him a visit at his office in Alabama. This is where he admitted to me that he used the money I paid him to fund another customers equipment.We finally received one sweeper in July 2015. However we did not receive title until September 2015. Which basically made the sweeper he delivered useless to us because we could not plate it. As of today, we still await our 2nd sweeper and the $95,000 payoff on our 2 trades. Additionally, there were several issues with the machine that could have easily been corrected before delivery had Victory done a proper inspection of the unit.My hope is that Victory can pull it together, for their own sake as well as mine and any other contractors who they currently owe equipment or money to.In the mean time I feel that it is my duty as a consumer to warn the public of Victorys practices so that you can make an informed decision if there is a chance that you plan to do business with them.
