The ratings look good but this place is nothing like the ratings. We purchased a Jeep 2 weeks ago, drove 4 hours to pick this vehicle up and stressed to them the importance of it being road ready for the drive. They said all was ready even paperwork. Then we arrive and sat for over 2 hours because they couldn’t find the title and none of the paper work was done. We were promised it had a full tune up, fluids all changed. Well the radiator was full of water and bone dry by time we got home, the washer fluid was water. Water pump, thermostat and plugs all shot. Tires WAY over inflated (by 19lbs) we have now put over $400 into this vehicle. It’s a older vehicle so we expected some upgrades needed. BUT THEN, we receive the plate and registration in the mail...UNDER THE WRONG NAME AND COUNTY. Take your business elsewhere!! This place is not a place you want to put your time and money into!

This place tips people off facts. So lame broke my windshield and blamed it on me said they would fix my ac they took so long I said Ill do it myself would not recommend. Thats my take on it but if your into that type of thing go for it bet your going to pay 6 times more then the vehicle is worth...

Where should I start! I drove over an hour to visit this car lot based on there good reviews and I was not disappointed in the slightest, John is the man to see when it comes to car sales.I knew what I wanted when I showed up but we hit a snag in the loan approval process because I didnt have a cosigner, John sat on the phone for 2 1/2 hours fighting to get me approved. No success. So John says good luck and sends me down the road right? WRONG!This guy puts me in one of his personal vehicles and gives me a ride another car lot and ends up hooking me up with a rock solid 99 F150 with a huge motor and the best part is there was *NO COSIGNER* involved. But wait theres more!John let me take this truck on a 2 1/2 hour, 65mile test drive to my own personal mechanic that was 3 counties away. Not only was he cool with that, he almost insisted on it. After my mechanic pointed out a problem with the truck, John agreed to fix it despite the fact that is was NOT COVERED UNDER THE LOTS WARRANTY. After all the paperwork was signed John took money out of my own personal down payment to him and used it to FILL UP MY GAS TANK!If you want a fair shake on a solid vehicle without the crooked sales tactics then make the drive to madisonville and go see John.

Worst place to buy car, all i want to say to future customers that if you want to buy a trash car please visit here. I bought a car from here it was a nice looking car but once i got the car, found out it has so many problems which the dealer never mentioned. After 3 days i tried to give it back, thay said we can take it back for $3500 only, btw they took $8000 from me 2 days ago for the same car.One request to future customers, this is the worst place for car shopping please go somewhere else.

Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from this seller. Not honest and wont stand behind his sales! I bought a 2007 Ford F150 from them and havent made one payment yet and already having trouble with the truck. The first week the tailgate had to be fixed so it would open. Now its a fuel pump and fuel sensor which is a lot more expensive to repair and they wont do a thing about it. Run from this dealer.He says Im honest and not like the others. He is exactly like the others. Once the sale is done..see ya sucker.

Bought a car from them and 2 days after the warranty was up it wouldnt start. They wont help whatsoever. They act real friendly when they try to sell you a car but believe me this is just a show. The owner and the person who sold us the care was extremely rude when we were just asking for help. Then I see the same car on their facebook page listed for 4000 cheaper and bragging about how they sold it for higher. Yeah You people are the worst.

I purchased a 2002 f150 it drove great with no apparent problem when I test drove it and with in one week is was in the shop for multiple problems the did help with small things like a new oil cap and a coil pack . Now it’s back in the shop with a rear main seal leak, and a creamy oil Color . The warranty they gave me hasn’t covered any repair . Now they are telling me that I’m gonna stuck with the rest of the repairs they aren’t gonna help me out . I wouldn’t recommend them or John wright to anyone

Stay away at all costs!!!
